Ace wasn't wearing his uniform. That was the first thing Raven noticed when she opened the door. She was just so used to seeing him the same colors that when he came to get her wearing a blood red shirt, dark jeans, leather jacket, she couldn't process it for a while.

Raven didn't realise that she was staring for a little too long. Marilyn came up behind her and tapped Raven on the shoulder.
Raven jumped in fright and almost crashed into Ace! Raven looked back and saw Marilyn waving at her, "Don't forget to come and tell me when you are back."
Raven calmed down a bit before she asked, "What if you are sleeping?"
