Chapter 22 : Peach Tea
Raven was oblivious to the various wishes sent her way. Marilyn was the guiding light that she was following around the campus. If it was a normal college campus in the human world, Raven would have not taken the effort to know much about it. Normally the most exciting thing about a college would be the football field filled with hot boys. But in Avencia Academy the least exiting thing for its students was the pendulum garden with poison herbs growing inside the locked gates. The difference was blinding. After a whole day of walking, Raven's feet were throbbing and red. Marilyn looked as bright as ever, as if she could walk a few more miles without breaking a sweat. "Oh right! Which school are you enrolled in?" Marilyn asked as they were on the stairs going up in the dorm building.
