"What do you mean they are waiting two months to do an investigation? That Witch could have killed my daughter," I said to Larry over the phone.
"We have other pressing matters to attend to, Beta Jacob. She is Alpha Michael's son's mate and the future Luna. Alpha Michael explained that her powers had just surfaced while your daughter and her friend were riling her up." Larry replied
I hung up my phone and threw it on the table in my office. I should have known Larry would inform Michael that I called the council. I'm sure he will get this case thrown out and let that b***h get away with stealing my daughter's mate. But, thank Goddess, I had another plan in effect.
"Come in," I said after hearing a knock on my door. My daughter walks in slowly and sits. I am so disappointed
