"I need you to know that," Grace explains.
"I know that." I nod. "It's a complicated situation and we need to figure it out. You need to do what's best for you and your kids and I need to do what's best for my pack." I say.
"What about you? You need to do what's best for you too." Grace says.
"The pack comes first." I shrug.
"Ok," Grace sighs. "Well, if you decide to reject me just know I don't hate you. I understand. Most people don't expect to meet their mate and find out they already have kids with someone else." Grae says sadly. "I just want you to know, I didn't plan this. I didn't want my life to turn out like this but I'm doing the best I can with the cards I was dealt." Grace says pulling her knees into her chest hugging them.
