A couple of weeks later...
Grace is not doing ok. She's better than she was right after she found out and when Justin left but she still isn't doing ok. She has had much more frequent, much worse panic attacks over much less. The day that Justin left at one point I left her alone with the boys in the living room for a minute while I went to the bathroom and came back to find her holding the boys tightly as she cried and struggled to breathe. I got the boys out of her arms so she didn't hurt them and called a doctor so he could sedate her but that only made her panic more.
The doctor and I realized that taking her out of the house to the hospital is not good. That only makes it worse when she wakes up. That time we took her to the hospital while Chelsea watched the
