Cath couldn’t shut his eyes for even one second once the rest of the group had joined them a few hours after the kiss. f**k, as Red liked to say, he couldn’t think clearly. Nela was looking at him with judgement in her eyes, as if she had seen the shameful desire written all over his face. Jade was smirking anytime she saw him or Red and Red was heavily avoiding him. And for the love of the gods, he was not able to take the f*****g kiss out of his head. It was wrong in so many ways, yet it was all he wanted in this moment: to go to the furthest corner of the stupid church, find Red and loose himself in another one of these hungry, all-consuming kisses.
And it was not just the want, it was the need for it that scared him and made him stop himself, and Red. Because Red was so broken
