Cath Darkness. It overpowered him in an instant and Cath was not able to breathe. At one moment, he was standing at the meadow with Red, the demon was starting to tell him something, something that sounded important, in the next – there was no light, no Red, no life. Silence took over everything. Black smoke filled his lungs and suffocated the life out of him. Smoke, made of shadows and nightmares. And hatred. Visceral, never-ending hatred, that screamed at him without words. It was hate pointed against everything living, against life itself, and thus, personal.
