TWENTY NINE

ROSALIND CABELLO "Are you a fairy?" Isabella asks midway through dinner looking at me. "No, I am not." I reply smiling at her. "But you look like a fairy. So, I will call you fairy." Isabella remarks stubbornly. "Bella, you can't call her fairy. She has a name of her own." Mr. Mikhailov says gently making me look at him weirdly. I have never seen him behave so gently with anyone. But I think his sister is very special to me the way he is talking to her. Also, the age gap between them must make him extremely protective of her. "You can call me whatever you want. So, can I get to call you Bella?" I ask because she is too adorable not to agree with her small wish. "Oh, yeah! I love Bella more than Isabella because it's easier to pronounce." Bella says excitedly. "So, Rosalind how are you liking here so far?" Victor asks. "Umm, good. While living with my aunt there was only her to talk in the house but here I have made many friends. Also, my best friend Tiana is also here so it's a win-win situation for me." I reply truthfully. "Where is your best friend?" Victor asks. "She is not feeling well, so I have sent her dinner to her room." I reply although it's not completely true.
