Even for a demon, he was detestable. He had been a cause of constant arguments in the Supernatural Court. He loved punishments, delighted in them even. He always pushed for torturous punishments that often did not fit the crime. His presence here could only be a bad thing. Council Member Coles, on the other hand, was more likely to be fair.
