I am feeling pretty pleased right now. Amber had drunk that potion, and I had heard her cries of pain from the room that I was waiting in down the hall. I had heard footsteps thundering past the door and peeked out just in time to see Adam crashing into the room in a panic. I had stayed in the room until they had left with the doctor. Then I went into their room and tipped away what was left of the milk. I wasn't a bad person, and I didn't want to risk anyone else drinking any of that. I heard someone approaching and quickly ducked into the bathroom. I watched through a crack in the door as the kitchen omegas cleared away the tea things and left.
