After yulliyah and auntie jamie see each other the shocked of yulliyah’s face can’t be hidden. I already know auntie jamie ever since because my dad was the one who introduced yulliyah to me.

FLASHBACK ( 2 )

I’m in the middle of practicing my shooting in gun here in the headquarters of our mafia clan when my dad appeared. I’m just a kid. Maybe you guys wondering how old am i to hold a gun. My family trained us to self defense and me? Being the future inheritors of our mafia clan even though i’m still a kid i should know how to fight, to kill, to protect myself, trust no one, to use guns, katana, knives and different equipment on killinng enemy. That’s my life works. My daily routine. Perks of being the son of the mafia boss. Anyway, i go to my dad’s office since he asked me to come with him.

“ what now? “ i told him when i closed the door and sit on the chair near on his desk.

“ yulliyah shimae velasco" just 3 words. And my eyes laid on him. He already know me. The things i love and i don’t love and the girl that i love.

“ what about her?” i asked him nervously. Even though he’s my dad i can’t identify what is he thinking. He’s the type of guy that you cannot deal with.

“ your going to marry her at the age of 19” w-wait what? Seriously? Is this for real? How? I mean for real?

“ what? Why dad?” even though i loved to but i don’t know the reason why.

“ you have to. This is for your sake. I want you to marry the girl you loved" that’s why. I already aware that my parent doesn’t loved each other its just the sake of arranged marriage . my dad love someone but unfortunately my mom loved him.

“ but dad you should consider the girl’s feelings too. What if she doesn’t like me? How am i going to treat her in the near future?"

“ when you are in the right age son. You’ll understand what im saying. For now, you should do your task being an inheritor of our clan" just maybe. I’m not sure anyway but one thing is for sure. I’m gonna do my best to not dissapoint my dad.

And that was the reason why my dad i’ve met aunt jamie daddy introduced her to me. After yulliyah walks out i hurriedly ran off where she was heading but before that aunt jamie grab my wrist

“ protect her no matter what happens”

“ i will tita. I will” and after that i walked away and grab my car so that i can follow where she is heading to

After a minutes passed i understand where she was heading. In the place where tito buried. Yulliyah’s father. I heard her sobbing and crying out loud to the epoint that my heart aches when i see her in that kind of vulnerable state. I know that i’m a strong person. Many people doesn’t know that i get sympathize to other people sake. It’s just that yulliyah is not included she is the only one except for my mom that i get this feeling. Hindi naman ako ganito sa iba pero pag siya at ang amma na ang usapan pakiramdam ko nagiging normal na tao lang ako.

After an hour that she cried she wipe her tears and say goodbye to uncle and turned her back and looked at me. I can see in her eyes that she was shocked to see me here.

“ w-what a-are y-you e-even doing here?” i chuckled in my mind on how her face looks like. She’s cute though.

“ where’s the sir in your sentence woman?” i asked coldly. I should not drop my guard down easily.

“ we are not in the office anyway why bother to call you sir?" she rolled her eyes to the point that she was glaring at me. Annoyed? Oh dear you really looked cute.

“ let’s go get in the car i’m going to take you home"

before i lose my patience on you baka hindi ako makapagtimpi at sunggaban na agad kita right here in front of tito.

I get in the car and she sit beside me.

After an hour nakarating na kami sa harap ng apartment na inuupahan nila. This is not what i’m expecting. Unexpected reality anyway, she get down on the car and his brother sean was there to greet him.

“ ate, it’s late akala ko dikana uuwi dika naman sumasagot sa mga tawag ko” tsaka niya lang ako napansin sa likod ng ate nya

“ where’s finneas anyway?” yulliyah interrupted us and asked her brother. finneas? Who the hell is that?

“she had her name you know. “ then she looked at me in the eyes and said

“ thanks for offering a ride have a safe trip” and before she get inside i already told her what i want to

“ I’m going to get you tomorrow evening at 7pm on the company’s celebration. Wear something decent."

“ hindi ako pwede. And i dont have any intention to attend on the party tsaka isa pa bukas ang birthday ni sean so i’m not going.”

I looked at her in the eyes and i know that she badly want to spend time wiith his brother kaya hindi na ako nag abalang pilitin pa siya.

“ alright. See you on the office nalang"

“ goodnight kuya, ingat sa pagdrive”

sigaw ng kapatid niya habang nakangiti. I badly want to spend time with them too. Sadly, i can’t. I realize I am now smiling the whole time funny how she makes me smile ng hindi ko namamalayan.
