As soon as Diana turned away, Maddie quickly took out her phone and messaged William.
"William, Diana is back. She looks perfectly normal. What did you say to her?"
William quickly replied.
"She's back? That's strange... I didn't receive any messages. Wait a moment."
Shortly after, another message came from William.
"I don't know what's going on, I can't reach them. Those guys probably took the money and ran!"
Upon seeing this message, an unnamed anger burned within Maddie.
They're utterly useless! They can't even handle a simple task!
Maddie was filled with anger when Chloe suddenly bumped her arm.
"Maddie, look over there..."
"What's going on?"
