I have been living with Blanche and Chris for a few weeks now and I can't stand it. Chris is nice, and Blanche isn't actually awful when he's around, but that's not a lot. He's a plumber and he's self-emplpyed so he works a lot, and every day of the week. One Sunday morning when I was getting ready for church, and he was getting ready to head out on a call, I asked him why he worked on the weekends too. He told me it was because he got paid more for his work on those days because it was off hours and it was usually for some kind of emergency job. It made sense, I guess, but Blanche didn't work and I hated being stuck in this house with her. I don't think he realizes how much of a b.itch she is when he isn't around.
