As she was approached for her first coaching class she met Shilpa as her first student. She was of 25 years old and Nammu 16 and half year. She was in doubts what to do. She pay attention to the details and went to Shilpa's exuberant room. She have every damn thing which teenage girls wishes for. But she doesn't know how to wear those branded cosmetics and di stuffs out here.

Shilpa in her two long braids, with a white long kurti greeted her Namaste and let her teacher sit down on the cushion. Shilpa with her mushy eyebrows, tentalizing cheeks, lean and thin figure and with a coy smile she was impressed seeing Nammu. Nammu asked her introduction and hobby, her reading habits and all. She told that she love painting, cooking and she doesn't like reading. Nammu asked her if she know how to write alphabets and pronunciation and yes to her disappointment she knew nothing. Nammu skew her mind to by letting her tutor in english alphabets, pronunciations, numbers and table of mathematics. She kindly obliged her and start her reading. Nammu told her clearly to allot time for reading and she will give homeworks to memorize all the lessons they had done together. Shilpa slogged herself to reach in that position where Nammu was expecting. She bows her feet sometimes as a respect which Nammu feels odd saying that she is of her sister age. She used to ask how bright headed she is and to that she replies throwing her smile, "read the lesson Shilpi."

Two years passed away as time flies away suddenly,she started realising the value of education. She passed her intermediate exams in a very good grade. She called Nammu and laden her with gifts, sweets and extra bonus in her salary. Nammu was elated seeing her bonus and she tucked it safely for her mother. She eat and when she was returning back she was told to come in her engagement.

Shilpi asked her what sorts of make up and dress to wear as she have no sister like her and she had expected Nammu as a one. She replied simple lipsticks and girly think can attracts anyone and be reasonable. Shilpi in her cheery form told her that she will start doing graduation after her marriage and Nammu was in full of happy tears. She hugged her and came back home. She was happy that she has atleast changed the mindset of Shilpa.

She went home, bringing gifts and all. Her sisters were happy seeing sweets and she gave her bonus to her mother so that she can bought a new dress and dishes which her family members wanted to eat.

Responsibilities were never ending for Nammu. She had no time to tranquilize her mind and heart ever. She was given a hint that what job she will do as she she is going to lose this class. She didn't get teaching certificate what she will do if she is not getting job etc. etc. Nammu in desperation scavenge into her room for father photograph. She knows she hadn't lament her father's death no shed some tears to water her burning heart. She sit alone for sometimes thinking what to do next. But yes she was determined that she won't let her creaking bones to be more exhausted, she will give new energy for her heart as she have to zen her self as she is the breadwinner of her family. She proudly hugged herself that she had started her job career from sixteen years old and she had became the most active girl under the nose of her father. She can atleast showcase that she did all things to make her mother at ease and she promise to flex her working and brainy muscle to aggravate her financial condition.
