Agnes tells her story and shares the reality of the pain and sadness of having the love you wanted, wasted on someone you know is properly useless.
The protagonist has a villain-like entrance into the story, but as you read on, you notice the treatment she gets from the person she is betrothed to. How much pain and humiliation she went through before becoming numb to all of it. This female is hardly the villain.

The story follows Agnes as she falls into a quagmire because of a love she was not meant to have. Agnes was betrothed to the prince at a young age. However, even though she fell in love at first sight, it was worlds apart from what the prince felt about the whole thing. He clearly told her that he hated the engagement.
Now, years later, he sat in front of her to tell her that he wants the engagement broken, that he loved someone else. At the same time, someone else was resting on his body like a handicapped rat.
What is a girl to do? After years of sacrifices and humiliation, he suddenly decided to call everything off. Agnes could only smile. She expected this situation, but it still hurt like hell nonetheless. What did she do in response, Agnes tricked him into having tea with her alone. Unsurprisingly, he didn’t expect the next thing that hit him: a spell of paralysis.
Literally, she cast a spell to paralyze him. Then she took her retaliation in the most unexpected way: Agnes had her way with him and didn’t bother hiding it. She was following the plan she had made with her father. Like that, Agnes ran away. This was their bargaining chip. With the seed of the prince, she fled.
Three months later, she was caught by the man she had wronged. Agnes never saw him coming. He found her, but he didn’t kill her. What does the prince want from Agnes?

She is a marchioness, and she is the betrothed of the prince. Agnes is a powerful woman in her own right, though she is underestimated by most. Agnes is the type of protagonist you hardly read about. She isn’t overly righteous about her purpose, nor does she fight for something that can never be hers. Agnes’ life and role in the book is quite the saddest thing you will read about today.
Her love burned so brightly, it consumed her. No, it never went as far as obsession, but it still left her broken.
Her method of taking what she was owed is not ideal at all, but when you’re hurting, you could forget the shame and stake everything on one big move. But you better pray that you win, otherwise the backlash could be fatal. In Agnes’ case, it was quite intense. She had made the big move, but she got too relaxed. He found her.
With A Strong-Willed Marchioness, Prince Yandere’s Love Offensive” is a beautiful story full of tragedy and uncertainty. The story explores a wonderful love that was never given the chance to bloom. Her love was returned with a face full of loathing and resentment, yet Agnes still smiled. It was only fitting that the person she gave all those smiles to, was the only person who saw the last one she had on her lips, right before her fall.

Chapter Two, Part Four
Agnes couldn’t help but smile as Lilie Wilsner revealed her true colors. The latter seemingly had tampered with the tea she gave to Agnes. It was a good plan to take her out of the picture. Agnes was able to see the connections that Lilie used to enter her prison.
Lilie Wilsner could not get engaged to Lucilleur since he had yet to dispel his pledge with Agnes, therefore the latter was a hindrance to the Wilsners.
Agnes now dropped a spoon in the tea, and the object turned black, showing that it had indeed been tampered with. Lilie denied it, however. When the woman begins to laugh, Agnes starts to feel uneasy. She’d avoided the tea, but she forgot to pay attention to the escort.
The male suddenly appeared behind Agnes and restrained her. Lilie laughed and moved to leave the room: Agnes would be raped. In turn, the prince would be too disgusted to come near her anymore when he sees it.
Agnes struggled. She wanted no other man than the one she loved to touch her. Just like that, a force explodes from within her, throwing her enemies away. Agnes starts to leave, but suddenly the prince shows up. He looks at his beloved Lilie first and questions Agnes.
She knows he won’t believe her anyway, and everything to her became meaningless. Agnes ran for the window, and he chased. It was when he saw her soft smile that he realized what she was going to do. Before he could reach her, she had climbed onto the balustrade and thrown herself over.
