Part 1: Storyline Of The Lycan’s Rejected Mate
As punishment, Anaiah became the scum of the pack. Everyone picked at her. Many seized every opportunity to show their superiority by breathing her up. She was also withdrawn from school and made to serve in the pack house.
The most offended person in the matter was the widow of the wolf in question, she actually knew Anaiah was telling the truth, but then her husband was still dead and the little whimper was still going about casting dirt on his image.
Dawnrise pack was a weak pack, led by a coward of an Alpha. In the actual sense, I don’t think anybody wants a war though… therefore since they were surrounded by stronger packs and Lycans, the alpha decided that the best way to sustain the peace in his land was to be friends with other packs.
To maintain this, he had to hold an annual banquet that all his surrounding packs and lycans can attend. This year, it was not just the banquet that was coming up in Dawnrise, it was also going to be Apha Amos’s crowning ceremony.
Alpha Amos was twenty-four and had found his mate, but his parents insisted he abandoned her and choose Eunice since she was from a powerful family in the pack. Eunice was already carrying herself as the Luna of the pack, and catching Anaiah make alleged eye contact with her man was insulting.
She went to give her a good beating, but Anaiah’s wolf fought back and Amos intervened. It was during the struggle that Anaiah discovered Amos had mated to her.
Alpha Amos rejected her and ordered that she be left in the dungeon, flogged every day until he said otherwise. The dungeon was a terrible place, the guards constantly took advantage of the she-wolves who went there and rapes them sometimes.
After a few days in the dungeon, Anaiah accepted Amos’s rejection. It was his crowning ceremony and a lycan king was present. He was in his office when he felt the ripping pain in his chest and knew his mate had accepted the rejection. He was infuriated.
The Lycan King perceived his mate and found her in the dungeon, he killed her tormentors and rescued her. He took her to the hospital to be treated and vowed to punish everyone who had a hand in her misery.
Amos on the other hand actually loved and preferred his mate, but he was under pressure to obey his parents. After he felt the pain of rejection, he rushed to the dungeon to see her, but he was too late.

He questioned the alpha of Dawnrise but got no actual usable response. They claimed everyone was present in the party, yet his eyes could not find the one who smelled so nice to him. Fear gripped them when he began to emit a dangerous aura and they revealed her location by force.

King Leondre had finally found his mate. She was about to be raped in the dungeon by a certain guard.
He tours everyone in sight to pieces and retrieved her. He rushed her to the Dawnrise hospital and was really impatient to see her restored. The state in which he’d found her had broken his heart. He vowed to make them pay for it.
Meanwhile, Alpha Amos was on his feet rushing to the dungeon to see and question Anaiah as to why she should accept his rejection so fast. Yes, he had rejected her, but he expected her not to accept and not so soon, he thought she should have given him time to change his mind. Alas, he was too late.
