People do not believe that this is the same small and soft rabbit, dumb as a doornail and easy to push around. But how can they be the same, Yan Qing Chi and the former host are polar opposites? This Yan Qing Chi is less death-seeking and more ‘try me and see what happens.’
The life that he sought was one where he didn’t have to worry about anything. Yan Qing Chi wanted a quiet and peaceful life. Just like that, the important plot point came knocking on the door of his family’s residence. The film emperor didn’t want to marry Yan Qing Chi’s sister anymore.
This was because he recently found out that he liked men and not women. Other people might not believe or understand, but Yan Qing Chi did. He is a young man with a short temper. He doesn’t mess around and quickly discovers wrongdoing. He is not a person driven by impulse or material gains. Not to mention, he wasn’t stupid. This contrasts with the original owner who was a complete ditz. Yan Qing Chi has a vision of a peaceful life and the sure way to get it is by being at the side of this book’s main lead, Jiang Mochen.
Yan Qing Chi decided to do the things that would benefit him in the long run as well as correct the mistakes of the former host. For instance, marrying the film emperor. The former host had been so blinded by his infatuation with the scumbag that he could not see the perfect Gong right there.
Meanwhile, the Gong was being treated like optional goods by the person he’d given his heart to. Simply put, if you didn’t read the book well, you would assume that this all-around awesome man was a supporting character. This was all because of the nature of the other male lead. The push always ended with the film emperor dangling on a short rope. He was at the mercy of his emotions.

Chapter Two
Li Xin Ran was surprised to find that Yan Qing Chi did not listen to him this time. This was a very abnormal character. He opened his mouth to explain the already obvious situation and Yan Qing Chi was utterly disgusted: he watched as the water he had just poured onto Li xin Ran, went into his mouth when he opened it.
Yan Qing Chi had originally wanted to beat this man up, but now he did not want to dirty himself with the likes of this person. He simply told the cheating bastard to take his shot and get out. Li Xin Ran was still trying to explain the situation, it was hopeless.
Finally pissed, Yang Qing Chi warned the bastard that a beating was coming his way if he did not leave. Li Xin Ran thought that this was still the soft and dumb person who loved him. That person wouldn’t bear to lay a hand on him. Li Xin Ran decided to prompt the person in front of him, thinking it will make the anger subside if he acted cute. He told Qing chi to hit him if it will make him feel better.
Yan Qing Chi had never seen someone so eager to be hit. After a few more words, Yan Qing Chi kicked him down and started pummeling the cheating bastard. Li Xin Ran didn’t understand this situation. He was dizzy from the punches. When Yan Qing Chi saw his swollen face he burst out laughing.
