Part 1: The Last Spirit Wolf Storyline
The good point of this novel, The Last Spirit Wolf, is its storyline. Its storyline, its plot structure is its strength. It’s very rare to see a werewolf romance novel mixed with actions and great world building, but The Last Spirit Wolf pulled it off.
At first, readers were shown how the world of the wolves and lycans are different, their rules, culture, even their physiologies. And our heroine was forced to go against the norm of the werewolf world she’s living in for love’s sake, same with the male lead.
The pressure here in the hero and heroine love story lies on the social aspect, plus with the mysteries that both surround their identities. This kind of conflict in a werewolf romance is very unusual to see particularly in serialized books, but here is The Last Spirit Wolf proving that being unique brings success!
The Last Spirit Wolf’s premise revolves around werewolf mating, and here readers are shown the conflict that lies if a werewolf is being mated to a Lycan. Though this novel touches on the mating concept, it’s great that the story line didn’t go like those werewolf novels with mating as the main plot, but rather the mating concept was just adapted to show how Vera and Noah’s love story is going to conquer against all odds. Therefore, the strength of this novel, The Last Spirit’s Wolf lies in its unique storyline.
Part 2: Character Background Of The Last Spirit Wolf
Vera
It’s puzzling to think at first chapters of the book who’s The Last Spirit Wolf in this story, if it’s Vera or Noah. Nevertheless, this book will show the character development of both Noah and Vera, especially in their wolf and lycan’s abilities. Vera was shown at first as a late shifter werewolf, yet she was very skilled in medicine where she even managed to do her first surgery at the age of 12. She serves as a doctor in their wolf territory.
Vera’s character here in The Last Spirit Wolf is something to root for. It is very promising. Strong female lead really adds charms to a novel.
Noah
Is the unconscious Lycan who was brought to the hospital together with Eli and Lucas. Here in The Last Spirit Wolf, Vera had no choice but to attend to him despite the tension between their bloodlines. The beginning chapters of The Last Spirit Wolf have nothing much to show about Noah except for his encounter with Vera where he identified her as his mate. Yet, as the story proceeds, we can see that Noah is much of an ideal guy, one who will stand for love despite all. Together, Vera and Noah makes an interesting couple here in The Last Spirit Wolf

Part 3: Exploring The World Building Of The Last Spirit Wolf
Here in The Last Spirit Wolf readers are shown two worlds, the world of werewolves and lycans. Though both shifters, fanged and clawed, lycans and werewolves are different. Lycan are said to be stronger and smarter than werewolves. It said that lycan can shift at any time of the day, while werewolves can only transform during a full moon. They have the same supernatural powers although lycans are more advanced.
In The Last Spirit Wolf, these differences are more shown as the plot forwarded into tackling the different set up of how lycans and werewolves live, their powers, their conflicts and cultures and how these factors affects Vera and Noah’s love story, especially that Vera a werewolf is fated to mate Noah who is a lycan. The plot is giving readers a hint that they are worlds apart, that though their bloodlines both practice and believe in mating yet there are forces and rules that hinders them to be mates.
