Part 1: Captivating Storyline of The Exiled Dragon by Veronica fox
First off, the exiled dragon novel is about two people: one, a kidnapped human girl named Odessa and a dragon shifter named Creed.
Odessa was born in a love at first sight kind of marriage, where the lady didn’t consider her future, long-term plans, purpose, and whatnot, before agreeing to a marriage proposal from a jobless, but with promising potentials young man.
By the time they had their first child, the lady had discovered what exactly she wanted out of life, had met a few friends who were interested in the sort of things she liked and as soon as she was delivered of the child, she took to her heels and abandoned her family.
Odessa was raised single handedly by her father, who had to take a second job aside from his writing career to see that she was provided for. Like her father, she got the talent of writing, and while he would write sci fi and horror, she enjoyed writing romance stories.
Life was good until he got really ill and under the space of a week, had dwindled both in health and general appearance. When they arrive at the hospital, he was diagnosed with stage four cancer and died a few days later.
She was fifteen at this time, had no money, no exposure and nobody else to turn to. The tears refused to come, but she was courageous. To pay the hospital bills, she would work and probably, one day, a miracle would transform her miserable life to a happy one.
She was heading home from the hospital when she was accosted by a creature she’d never thought existed. She was about to cross a dark alley, when it came into view and out of curiosity, she endulged it, only to fall into a trap… the trapper, her long lost mother.
After so many years, she was back and Odessa would lay eyes on the woman who gave life to her, for the first time in her life. Only she was a terrible and wicked witch, who would kidnap her own daughter, had use her as a price to acquire power. By selling her to the Duke of vampires, where her blood would feed his lust as her mother rises to the highest witch Bergarian.
When she eventually escapes, she would run into Creed on his way to morning hunting. Creed himself was a dragon shifter born out of violence. His mother had been raped and impregnated. It was the law to discard with the resultant child, but she’d fallen in love with her child and had decided to protect him instead.
A half brother had waylaid him as a teenager and had attempted to murder him. But he’d survived with a scar that took an eyeball and left him mute. To speak, he needed the fiery voice of his dragon, and that voice terrified people around him. His looks also was vicious and the first reaction of others when they saw him was fear.
That, plus the fact that they’d created a false reputation which preceded him every where he went. He lived alone in a beautiful cave in the forests of Bergarian -the fairytale world. Where the gods created to keep fairy creatures safe from the punishment of humans.
Some humans migrated her willingly, but it was a crime punishable by death to force a human into it. And this petite girl had obviously been brought against her will. Creed felt she needed him desperately and he also needed her the same.

Odessa, on arrival to the fairy world of Bergarian, was kept in the chilly vampire dungeons together with other humans. Their sole purpose for being there was as precious food or blood bank to the Duke of vampires.
Odessa herself had been a special gift as payment in return of favour to Odessa’s mother. The Duke himself had taken a liking to her and was going to forcefully make her his own tonight. But a vampire girl had been kind and given her a special weapon which could hurt the Duke.
She was able to escape by cutting the vampire’s throat. She ran for days, got bruises, broker her ankle, bleed and wept, until Creed found her hidden in a tree trunk.

The Exiled Dragon Chapter 4: Found
John Durhan had suffered for years, home schooling his girl during the days and working nights as a bartender to provide her needs. These days, people didn’t have the time required to read books and wouldn’t invest much in the skill.
But John loved to write and was talented. A talent which his beloved daughter had also been born with. He’d been alone with her since the day his precious lover abandoned them to pursue a different life. He’d hidden her identity from Odessa, doing anything to keep her memory away.

The exiled dragon storyline got me captivated. It was really pleasant to imagine the fairytale world from the point of view of someone who doubted its existence as does every human. The author -Veronica Fox, was very detailed about this and is a talented writer.
The story is completed, has over eighty eight chapters presently, and is entertaining thousands of web story lovers. The exiled dragon just picks a reader and gives them a nice journey into fantasy. Thrilling to read our childhood fantasy coming to fruition in one beautiful story.
