The book isn’t an ordinary werewolf romance novel, it has a plot like no other! You just can’t stop reading once you start because of how exciting and entertaining it is. One of the most exciting scenes for me is how Alpha Eric’s wolf makes him find Victoria and rescue her when another Alpha was planning on forcing himself on her at the bdsm club.
The novel starts with Alpha Eric talking with his Dad about finding his mate soon even though he already told him before that he doesn’t want a mate because he has a girlfriend, Sophie. His Dad then has a minor heart attack, but a young lady helps him get to the hospital in time.
When Alpha Eric arrives after he was called by her. He met her there and his wolf says the word that shocked him to the core, ‘Mate’. He ignores it while his wolf whimpers in pain, and Victoria gets scared by his intimidating attitude.
It wasn’t until Victoria went back to her and her friend, Sonia’s apartment that Sonia told her that he was a werewolf and she was his soulmate since he muttered, wolf when he saw her.

So she didn’t expect to start falling for the hot masked man that keeps acting hot and cold with her. She’s confused, yet she can’t deny how she feels about him. I love how Alpha Eric changes from not wanting to have a mate, especially a weak one like Victoria to not being able to stay away from her. Even though he acted like he didn’t care at first, he couldn’t help but care once fate keeps pulling them together in that BDSM club.
