The story follows Nicole as she reclaims her identity. She is married to the man of her dreams, but she doesn’t have his heart. No, his heart belongs to another woman. Or so she thinks. Nicole has been married to Eric for three years. In that three years, she managed to give more blood than any person should, considering the recipient of the blood.
Yes, Nicole had to give blood to the woman whom her husband was taking care of outside their marriage. That isn’t even the tip of the pile of crap she had to deal with as Mrs. Ferguson. That’s right, the mother-in-law was more than happy to make her suffer for choosing to marry her son. Needless to say, it was a big mistake for Nicole to marry Eric Ferguson.
All it took was one photo. One photo sucked out all the endurance she has managed to have for this horrible marriage. She knew he had no affection for her. Hell, he didn’t even talk to her unless he wanted her to give blood.

Nicole loved her husband very much, therefore she was willing to make a deal with her father that pinned everything on the return of her affections by her husband. Nicole had to get the man to care for her as she did him.
However, she failed within the span of three years of their marriage. Three years were spent in a tragic state because of the practically damning transaction she agreed to. It was three years of humiliation and disrespect. Nicole put up with it all for love. Then, it came back to bite her in the ass.
Eric Ferguson
He is a wealthy and powerful man. He handles a lot of responsibilities and one, in particular, was Wendy Quade. Eric married Nicole for her rare blood type. She donated blood whenever she was asked, she was a warm and kind woman. But, suddenly out of nowhere, she asks him for a divorce. Eric on his end was confused but took it lightly. That is until he beheld the cold gaze she had when she faced him.

While her brother, Grant, greeted Eric, Nicole stood beside him and smiled radiantly. Eric could hardly take his eyes off the woman that used to be his wife. She looked different from before. He felt the twinge of a complex emotion at the sight of her. Eric couldn’t help wondering what Grant had to do with Nicole. He wanted to know the nature of their relationship. He couldn’t describe his emotions, but he definitely wasn’t happy.
Wendy noticed Eric’s reaction to seeing Nicole and she opened her mouth and spoke spitefully. She wanted to remind Nicole of her lowly status. Eric couldn’t stop her in time before Grant did. He quickly put her in her place with only a few words. Wendy looked to Eric for help, but he didn’t pay her any mind. Nicole decided to say a few choice words of her own, and then her brother delivered the final blow. Wendy was ridiculed by a dignified person like Grant Stanton and felt humiliated.
