Philip Clarke’s daughter was sick, and she needed her medical bills to be paid, or else, nobody would attend to her. Of course, it rattled The First Heir Philip Clarke. He started to fret because, as a delivery man, he did not have as much money as the hospital demanded his daughter’s treatment. Philip Clarke was caught up in the drama between his wife and her family.
Philip Clarke’s wife had gotten married to him at the beginning of his business which had good prospects, but things soon took a downturn for Philip Clarke and he lost his business. As a result of Philip Clarke’s misfortune, he started to have issues with his wife.
After all, women love money so as soon as Philip Clarke became less than an average earner, his wife’s countenance changed towards him. Besides, he was always borrowing money from her, and at such a moment as their daughter’s medical shortcoming, both of them were short of cash. Philip Clarke was facing hell at this period.

Part 1: Main Story of The First Heir
“‘Who are you going to borrow money from, Philip?” Mrs. Clarke asked her husband, feeling very disgusted. She was tired of being in this humiliating position where she lived from hand to mouth. This was not the husband she had in mind when she got married to him.
At that time, Philip Clarke’s prospects were top-notch until his finances and career suddenly took a nose-dive, and that was the end of it. He sold his business. But there was something about Philip Clarke that people did not know about, he was an heir, The First Heir of the Clarke family wealth.

Philip Clarke was worth billions of dollars, but he chose to be a delivery man because, according to him, he wanted to earn his spot on the ladder of success by himself.
Imagine the guts it would take for someone who most likely had been pampered all through his life, to accept to be a delivery man and face extreme humiliation from everyone around him just because he didn’t have enough money. Well, that was the story of The First Heir, Philip Clarke.
Panicking, he started to weigh the odds he had to get the money to save his daughter’s life. “‘Just apologize to my parents and ask for help. That is all you need, that is all we need to get out of this messy situation,” Philip Clarke’s wife had told him, but would Philip Clarke listen? No. He refused to beg his in-laws for forgiveness and money, and he had plainly refused to step in as the heir of Clarke’s empire.
But at this moment in The First Heir Book, Philip Clarke was under a lot of pressure. His wife nagged, and her boyfriend came to offer to pay the bill. Juan, Philip Clarke’s former best friend was also in love with the lady that Philip Clarke ended up getting married to, so, as soon as Philip Clarke’s wife called on him for assistance, he was willing to help.
Philip Clarke was leaving the hospital to get help when he saw Juan entering the hospital. Juan mocked Philip Clarke as soon as he saw him, asking Philip where he was going. “‘To borrow money, I guess.” It was at this point that Philip Clarke started to get even more desperate.
When Juan was talking about Philip Clarke’s wife, he called her by her fond name, and Philip Clarke knew for sure that things had gone out of hand.
He called a few more friends, and he faced even more humiliation, especially at the hands of their wives. One of the encounters that Philip Clarke had with one of his best friends in The First Heir Book was what broke the camel’s back. Philip Clarke called his family’s business director for the interim and informed the man that he was ready to lay claim to his family’s wealth.

Chapter 1440
Kidnapping and capture, is what this chapter of The First Heir delivers. Phillip Clarke was headed to an abandoned warehouse to get his daughter, and at the same time, Chester was there apparently to pay this same daughter of Phillip Clarke a visit, only got him to realize that instead of Phillip Clarke’s daughter to be in there, it was his daughter.
A lot had happened before this chapter of the book and you can only get to find out after reading The First Heir Novel.
“‘Sugar!” Chester had exclaimed when he saw his daughter looking unkempt in a corner of the building.
“Why is it my daughter who was kidnapped?” Chester had asked one of the guards beside him, giving the man a resounding smack. The guard swore not to be in the know of what was happening. If he could remember correctly, just as Chester had directed, they ought to kidnap the girl from the hospital, and that was what they had done. So, why was there a mix-up? Something mysterious must have happened.
Chapter 3101
“‘Issue my patriarch’s order. Assemble all guard forces of the main family! Also, formally inform the branch family that if they obey the orders of the main family, they can survive. If they choose to band rebel, they’ll suffer the most severe oppression from the main family!” The First Heir had ordered.
Phillip Clarke was living up to his name and every single expectation in this chapter of the book. The First Heir of the Clarke family now had sovereign control over every single person in the Clarke family, and he wielded his power when it was needed the most. Already, he had just banned a family member from stepping into an Island that belonged to the Clarke family, and his orders were going to stand to the fullest.
“‘What did you say? Does Phillip dare to warn us? Hehe, good. Very good! Let’s see if he has the ability and confidence to break into my branch family’s ancestral hall!” said a branch member of the Clarke family, Levi. Levi had to be the leader of that branch of the Clarkes.
Contrary to The First Heir, Phillip Clarke’s decree and order, Levi thought to go against everything that Phillip had ordered. It was a rivalry for hierarchy.
