This is a scene in chapter 8 of Loathed By The Alpha. This is heartbreaking in the sense that Rose felt perplexed here when her parents announced while they were eating that Alpha Aiden agreed to take her sister as his Luna.
This is twice painful for Rose, first because she secretly has a crush on Aiden and second because she’s pitying herself for always being the last choice or not being chosen because she’s an Omega.
” Goodbye Rose. I hope you have a nice life.”
This is also another heartbreaking scene in Loathed By The Alpha. This is the part where Zain broke up with Rose. Imagine Rose getting jealous of her sister, and the next day she got dumped by her boyfriend who promised to take him away from her miserable Omega life. So, Rose’s pain could be felt in this scene of Loathed By The Alpha.

This is the scene in Loathed By The Alpha where Rose’s sister, Cara runs away the day before the wedding. This is heartbreaking for Rose because she knows this could be the last time she will be seeing her sister.
Also, this is the first time she heard her sister opening up about her feelings towards the arranged marriage set up by their parents, so Rose was left without a choice but to take her sister’s place to save her parents from humiliation, despite her sacrificial reasons, Rose still ended up not only being Loathed By The Alpha, but her parents had been furious of her too.

Loathed By The Alpha is popular because werewolf novels are trending nowadays besides this book tackles a painful life of an Omega. Weak female leads, a damsel in distress, an outcast, like Rose’s character here in Loathed By The Alpha is always appealing to the reader’s emotion, that’s why Loathed By The Alpha was able to sustain the readers’ attention until the end.
We are placed in a situation as readers that we come to expect much from Rose’s character development such as whether will she remain as the Omega who’s Loathed By The Alpha. Will she have her shining moment? Will Aiden see her worth? There’s a lot of anticipation in Rose’s character here in Loathed By The Alpha.
Though Aiden’s characterization was the common alpha male type we usually read in werewolf novels, that downside was carried through by the storytelling. Loathed By The Alpha was nicely written, and the unfolding of events and the storytelling were engaging.
