Gloria and Daniel Riddle had lost their infant daughter, her name was Nicole and her abductors left her to be raised by their mother, who now became Nicole’s grandmother and the only parent she knew.
Her grandmother loved her and was dying to reveal the secret to her. But she couldn’t, because then her children will neglect her to suffer.
Nicole’s abducted parents died in an accident and grandmother finally revealed the truth, and agreed that her DNA be taken to the authorities so her actual family could be found. She was already eighteen by this time and in senior high.
