This tale is a fun one to read. Honestly, the sheer audacity of men will surprise you. A marriage of convenience? A fist in his face would be more convenient. She was already struggling enough, but this bastard just has to make her terrified or anxious all the time.

Part 1: Plot Summary of Temptation Of The Contract Bride
This wonderful story follows Zara and focuses on her decision to marry one of the most eligible bachelors in Bey. He is Nicholas Grantham. It should be perfect: he’s handsome and the President of Apex Groups. However, it couldn’t be more frustrating. The man couldn’t go a second without spitting out harsh words at her. Zara heard the hate in his voice.
But, she can do nothing about the fact that she is now married to him. Zara heard the rumors spoken about Nicholas and she didn’t want anything to do with him. But after a meeting with his grandfather, where she was given the choice of marrying Nicholas and helping her brother, Zara took this offer. There was no other way to get the surgery done.
Subsequently, Zara meets Isaac White and after recognizing him as the one whom she had saved, Zara couldn’t be prouder. Isaac really likes Zara, has liked her for eight years and he is determined to make her his. Isaac wants to tell her how he feels, but he can’t seem to find the right time.

Chapter Six
Zara returns back to the villa after having dinner at the Granthams. She is unhappy with how the night played out. But, she wasn’t surprised it turned out that way. How could she have expected that Nicholas would show up to the dinner?
After getting ready for bed, Zara heard the doorbell and she opens up to find Nicholas being held upright by his assistant. He returned drunk. Zara has a hard time figuring out what to do about him and decides to help him with his clothes. One thing leads to another and the both of them sleep together. Zara didn’t hold any wild expectations but seeing the pregnancy pill waiting for her when she woke up, broke her heart.
Chapter Eleven
Zara has to get a contract signed at Apex Groups, and the person she was supposed to meet is none other than her husband, Nicholas Grantham. When she enters his office, she’s confronted by Nicholas’s girlfriend.
Nicholas returns to the office and doesn’t shy away from displaying affection for his girlfriend. He even goes as far as kissing his girlfriend passionately in front of Zara. And, she can’t only accept this.
Chapter Sixteen
It is the night of the banquet. Zara dresses up in her pink gown and Isaac can’t help but be mesmerized at the sight. The two of them sit in comfortable silence, and soon they arrive at the venue.
Isaac can tell that Zara is nervous, so he reassures her before sitting down. Soon they come to Isaac’s friends, and Isaac introduces them. Zara is warm and open. However, Nicholas is here at the banquet. He’s shocked to find Zara there and thinks she only came as a secretary. However, he’s proven wrong when she’s referred to as Isaac’s ‘Angel’.
