If a man who is married to a woman, asks that between his wife and mistress whose unborn babies were at the verge of death, his mistress’s baby should be saved, then there was no need to doubt that the man held little to no respect and love for his wife whatsoever.

Inside a hospital, two hospital beds were being rolled into the maternity ward with two women, both of them pregnant according to Love’s Cunning Ruse Novel. Accompanying these women who were at the verge of death and birth was one man with an icy cold aura that nobody dared to approach. His name was Kierian Hernandez. The man waited outside the ward, expecting the doctors and nurses to do their job in delivering the women when one of the nurses came out to ask him something crucial.

Both women in labour were in a critical condition, and only one woman could be delivered alongside her baby. Meaning, both women would survive, but one baby only from the two women will make it, and that was because of the shortage of blood supply in the hospital. Among the two babies, which of them will the hospital save, considering that one baby belonged to the wife of Kierian Hernandez, Joyce Abraham, and the other belonged to his mistress, Bertha Stewart.

Part 1: All About Love’s Cunning Ruse

Love's Cunning Ruse Novel

By the time the wife of Kierian, Joyce Abraham woke up, she saw that her child was not by her side as she had expected. What had happened while she was unconscious? Well, like earlier stated, the hospital could save only one baby, and when they asked Kierian Hernandez who was the father of both babies whom they should save, Kierian clearly stated that the baby that belonged to his mistress, Bertha Stewart be saved, and his wife, Joyce’s baby should be left to live or die. That was exactly what the hospital did, and now Joyce had woken up to the tragedy.

By the time Joyce woke up, she asked for her baby, and the news was broken to her that her baby did not make it out alive according to Love’s Cunning Ruse Novel. Joyce cried her eyes out. She demanded to see her husband, and Kierian entered the ward with his usual unapproachable aura, piercing his wife down with his dominating eyes. Joyce asked her husband where their baby was, and the cold-hearted man that was Kierian Hernandez replied with the statement as cold as himself, “our baby is dead.” The man left Joyce’s heart in shreds as she struggled to understand how her husband of fourteen years will allow their only child to die.

The plot progresses to five years later, and the author makes us understand that following the death of her child which was spear-headed by her husband, Joyce divorced Kierian and the cold-hearted man seemed not to have a problem with that whatsoever. Now, Joyce worked for a delivery company, and she was being sent out to deliver a package to a certain uptown area, which was exactly where she used to live in the past with her husband, Kierian. According to Love’s Cunning Ruse, Joyce reminisced for a moment of the times when she used to live in this part of town, now she was returning to the same neighbourhood as a delivery woman.

In fact, while Joyce was thinking of such, she got to find out that she was going to deliver this package to the same house she used to live in, and that is the house that inhabited the monster that was Kierian Hernandez. Something strange happened while Joyce was contemplating dumping the order and running away from that house for her dear life. There was a loud sound that beckoned on the attention of Joyce, and before she knew what was going on, a woman descended from the top floor and smashed her body on the concrete, dying seconds after impact. Joyce stood in utter shock as she tried to recognize the woman. She soon came to figure out that the woman was the same mistress that Kierian had spared her child over theirs. Bertha Stewart.

Joyce soon fainted after seeing Bertha die in front of her, and by the time she woke up, she found herself in a somewhat familiar room on a king-size bed. Joyce also heard two men conversing outside and it was about her health. The doctor that had checked on Berth while she was unconscious reported that she was malnourished, and that was why she fainted out of exhaustion to which meant that since Joyce left Kieran’s house, she had been living in difficulty. Well, it was obvious to know that since she was now a delivery personnel for an ordinary cafe shop. As soon as Kieran entered the room again, Joyce demanded to leave.

Leave? Did she not know that she was now under the scrutiny of the devious monster himself, and that leaving won’t be that easy for her. According to Love’s Cunning Ruse Novel, there was a criterion that Joyce had to meet if she was ever going to leave that house. After a back and forth of words that were expected from a former couple who happened to have met for the first time after divorce, Kieran plainly told Joyce that she could only leave that house after the police had reported to his house, and she will give a statement about what she saw, and what will she write on the statement? It would be that she saw the deceased Bertha Stewart jump down from the building, committing suicide, and Joyce had to agree, knowing fully whom she was dealing with.

Chapter 2

Love's Cunning Ruse Chapter 2

“Mr. Sabri, my name is Julie Abraham.”

Joyce changed her name after she divorced Kieran and left his home. The statement made above was Joyce saying to her employer that he should remember to call her Julie since she had changed her name from Joyce. In Love’s Cunning Ruse Novel, it stood as a reminder that time had passed, and obvious change had taken place in the space of time that Joyce and Kieran had been apart.

Julie Abraham formerly known as Joyce, was returning to Noblewood Retreat! That was the same neighbourhood she had lived in the past with her husband Kieran and after being away for five years because of a divorce, she was returning to the place, but now as a delivery person who would witness an intense scenario involving death. Julia saw Bertha drop from upstairs and she could not help but scream out Bertha’s name in utter shock when she saw the lady incapacitated and bleeding.

Bertha eventually died according to Love’s Cunning Ruse Novel.

Chapter 4

Love's Cunning Ruse Chapter 4

“Bertha Stewart is dead.”

Did Kieran actually have feelings or not? Please, a reader is asking keenly because what sort of man will sound so cold blooded after his wife just fell off the top of a storey-building? Kieran told Joyce that her competition was dead, and to some readers, it would be that he was asking her to immediately come back to her position since her rival was no longer there. What a man. Kieran was a hell of a man, ruthless and hard on anything he touched, including his women, especially his women.

It was in this chapter of the novel that Joyce recalled how devastatingly wicked Kieran was to her when she asked him if he would have been sad if the person that died on the day her child died was her instead.

“Kieran, would you be sad if the person who died on the operating room that day was me?”

Joyce asked, and Kieran replied that he would not have been sad one bit. Joyce thought and pondered on nearly everything in the world that there was to ponder on, including how she got herself to be so stupid and dumb and naive for a man who did not give the slightest care in the world about her, and she did it for fourteen years. In this chapter of the novel, Joyce agreed to bear witness on behalf of Kieran that she saw Bertha jump off the building by herself, committing suicide.

Part 3: Lead Characters Of Love’s Cunning Ruse

Joyce/Julie Abraham

Love's Cunning Ruse Joyce

Joyce is the female lead of the novel, Love’s Cunning Ruse. Joyce suffered greatly in this novel in the hands of her ruthless husband, Kieran. Kieran dared to impregnate his wife and his mistress at the same time, and at the same time they fell into the same sort of complication, and only one pair could be saved while the other would have to forfeit her baby. Asking the father of both babies which baby should be left to die, Kieran said that Joyce’s baby should die, while the baby of his mistress should survive.

Joyce divorced her husband Kieran after that, and happened to live a life far below standard to the point that she became anorexic. Being anorexic means that one is malnourished and has lost weight up to the point of the skeletal framework of the person starting to be visible.

Kieran Hernandez

Love's Cunning Ruse Kieran Hernandez

Kieran Hernandez is the male lead of the novel, Love’s Cunning Ruse, and the author portrays him as a ruthless man. In fact, the man was a monster from the look of things because every woman that dared to go close enough to him. He was a raging fire. This man killed his own child with the woman he was literally married to and accepted that of his mistress in the twinkle of an eye. Now, as if that was not enough dark drama from Mr. Hernandez, he went ahead and became such a monster to his mistress after his wife divorced him to the extent that the woman committed suicide.

After all that had happened, one would think that Mr. Hernandez would quit his lifestyle of being a devil, but he was still so cold-hearted, detached, unannounced and just outrightly mean so he continued with that lifestyle. For example, when his first wife whose name was now Julie and no longer Joyce, tried to deliver a package to his address, she saw the worst scenario.

Why did what happened to Bertha not happen any other day than the day that Joyce AKA Julie was present? It was as if there was this familiar force that reached out to her and pulled her back to where her trouble started from. As soon as Julie returned to where she was known as Joyce again, she was captured by her worst nightmare, the man who made her to change her name in the first place, Kieran Hernandez.

Part 4: Author’s Thoughts And Conclusion Of Love’s Cunning Ruse

Love's Cunning Ruse Read Online

Love’s Cunning Ruse Novel details the eccentricities of Kieran Hernandez and how his wife, Joyce whose name was changed to Julie, went about her life stuck to a man so cold, he could freeze the world over with a glance. The author tries to narrate to the readers and anyone who is interested in knowing, that there is nothing women would not do for a man that they were in love with.

Joyce had been married to Kieran for fourteen years, and was she trying to say that during these years, she had not seen the red flags of the man for her to call a divorce before the issue got to an extent where she had to lose her child due to her husband’s callousness? Being that as it may, the author narrates the plot of the novel simply, yet elegantly, and readers would certainly love the author’s ability to portray ambiguous scenes with little to no difficulty, making it an easy and enjoyable read for the readers.
