Garnering over a hundred million views all over the internet, I Shall Seal The Heavens was indeed a massive hit. However, this gem also got some inevitable criticisms. Some said that the plot was redundant, and they tend to get bored because of the very long chapters.
Yet, I want to disagree. This book was purposively written that way and I think all the passages were essential for the flow of the story. As they say, there is no such thing as perfect and so it also happens in literature.

His mind was boggled wondering what was really in store for him after all those rejections that he experienced. In the middle of his solitary meditation, he heard a voice from a near distance.
Little did he know that it was Wang Youcai who eventually became one of his closest companions on his journey. A flying woman took his friend and to his surprise, he was also abducted. Meng Hao had no idea what was happening at that very moment.
They were both taken into an unfamiliar place called Reliance Sect. During the Pill distribution Day, he learned that the woman who took them was named Xu Qing and was one of the sect’s primary disciples.

After the life-changing experience that he had when he met Xu Qing, he possessed the copper mirror and just found out another power that it can do. The pursuit did not stop there learned another immortal skill with the help of the Spirit Condensation Pill.
Yeah, his abilities were taken from those pills and I myself found it intriguing. Yet, as I flipped through the pages, it gets only more exciting. Meng Hao’s character although I found sarcastic, he got a unique personality that made me love him more. He was the epitome of perseverance and hope. A man like him was indeed a leader material and an epic hero in the making.
It reminds me of some Marvel heroes that started from the bottom and prevailed as the strongest among the human race. I kind of like it in a way that the fighting scenes moved me in an unusual way.
Though it took me months to finish the entire novel, honestly all those sleepless nights were worth it. Trust me, you’ll never go wrong trying out this kind of genre. It might be not the typical flavor that generation Z loves to read but it’s another way to explore the other side of interactive modern literature.
Part 3: Spot On The Core of I Shall Seal The Heavens
Reading the entire thousand chapters of I Shall Seal The Heavens was no joke. Swear! Yet, it was entertaining, and I admit I was hooked until I did not realize that I was about to reach the last page. Kudos to Er Gen for his creative efforts and brilliant ideas, he’s such a talented man I might say.
