If Scarlet, the main heroine of I Fell For the Boy, His Daddy is Just a Bonus free chapters online, would be granted a chance to blame the person that truly transpired her unexpected downfall, she won’t hesitate to point the finger to her parents. They’re the prime reason Courtney got the chance to unleash her villainy. Had they have been a little bit skeptical of her intention, and not too ambitious to create the perfect daughter, their lives surely would have remained peaceful.

They failed as parents, as allies, and as Scarlet’s guardians. Because of their ambition and lack of love to Scarlet, they’ve unconsciously housed a monster. When Courtney gradually tore apart Scarlet’s life, they refused to side with their real child, insisting she’s the two-faced villain who needs the help the most.

Scarlet has never felt so much betrayal and disdain with the way they let themselves be won over by Courtney. But that proved nothing and much more bearable when Luca James, her fiancee, also sided with Courtney, dropping their relationship like it had been no value from the very start. He confessed to have been in love with Courtney ever since, and that Scarlet only became an option because of her parent’s influence and her gullibility. It had been a one-sided love all along, and Scarlet blamed herself for not being able to trace that.

Right after the night Luca cancelled their engagement, and Scarlet was c from her home, her life has never been the same. She consumed hardship like breakfast, venturing around the outskirts of the city with nothing but determination to get revenge. Fortunately, she’s born as a fighter. Little by little, the chains that keeping her from getting her life back began to loosened.

She earned a job. She cleared her mind about her past. And… she met a lovely, and amiable man. The name is Kaleb Wright, the loyal customer who always make Scarlet smile and laugh through simple things. Scarlet likes him and his antics. He’s authentic, and straightforward. His humility and light aura are what interest her the most. How could a man who probably worth more than a billion dollar act around her as though they’re on the same level?

That interest and curiousity soon grew into something more controversial and intriguing when she met his son, Liam, the green-eyed six year old who’s so fond and mesmerized by Scarlet’s beauty, he only wanted her for himself. Scarlet saw something in them that gave her new hope and motivation to continue living.

Is it Liam’s unfiltered attraction or his father’s peculiar kindness? It’s painful to choose as both of them never failed to make her feel special. Or all of it is just a hoax?

Kaleb Wright

When the male protagonist is a billionaire, it’s always assumed they can only be described using three words: possessive, cold, and clueless about love. I expected those words to pop in my head soon as Kaleb appeared in I Fell For the Boy, His Daddy is Just a Bonus romance book. I was shocked with how he strayed away from the typical picture perfect MC. Though, I can’t entirely separate him from the group, Kaleb possesses some characteristics that puts him at the top. He’s compassionate, understanding and family-oriented. He never let Scarlet feel unwanted nor unloved. He did everything he could to support her.

He built his entire empire through his hardwork and ambition. It’s not a wonder why throughout the story, he’s the sought out figure and probably the most powerful one. When he volunteered to help Scarlet get her revenge, everything agreed to her way.

Part 3: Evaluation and a Similar Book on Dreame

A compelling story wouldn’t be completed if themes of revenge and redemption isn’t included in the ingredients. Though modern writers and readers absolutely digs for such stories, it has always been my least favorite.

When I read this novel, I did not only discovered how much I missed out and how ignorant I am for not giving it a try sooner. Lilhyz did an excellent job on utilizing the revenge concept as a tool to maximize the plot and fuel the romance of the two principal characters. There are plethora of lessons in the story that everyone should know about.

I, therefore, highly encourage everyone to read it. It’s engaging, delightful, and poignant. You’d definitely be as addicted as I am.
