She only had to look in the eyes of the terrifyingly dominant man, for her to know that he was her mate. He was the one she had been waiting for. Nevertheless, she wanted to run. She wanted to get as far away from the man as possible. But how could he let her? This is Alpha Leonardo Loren we are talking about. The man is a walking angel of death. With those good looks and murderous eyes, he took whatever he wanted, and to hell with the consequences. However, he is in for a surprise.
Alpha Loren is thought-provoking and filled with a lot of emotionally thrilling moments. The suspense is superbly high as we watch the protagonist venture out of the place she always knew, then is set on a path full of danger and possible calamity. Can she hide from the menacing alpha forever? No. Will she submit to this brute? No can she show him a world of low expectations and disappointment?
The book plays a little with the masochist type, but that is only an initial taste. When you read deeper into the story, then you see that unexpected way it melds into something much more refined. The pace is simply perfect. Not fast and not slow either. The readers get to savor the story very well. The author writes a wonderful piece and invites readers into a splendid romance with the unlikely pairing of two bull-headed people. Who will win this tug of war?

Part 1: Plot Summary of Alpha Loren
The story follows Ella who finds herself in Wellington, a small town. She had just recently broken up with her boyfriend after he demanded sex and she was unwilling to give it. Ella has always had the notion and desire to save herself for the one, her mate. She loved the human boy but knew that when it came time to meet her mate, none of the feelings she felt for the human would stop her from choosing her mate. Therefore, she never had the intention of sleeping with Cameroon.
She was only just dealing with that mess, but then Logan Wilson came in with his arrogance and bastard attitude. The soon-to-be Alpha did not let anyone forget this fact. Especially not Ella. He was waiting for the day he would kick both her and her brother off the land. They were rogues, and therefore not a member of the pack. With this noose hanging over their heads, he was able to get Ella to submit each time.
It was at the party after Ella had gotten to talk with Cameroon who apologized for what he had done. He wanted another chance, but she refused. With her emotions and nausea, Ella needed some fresh air. She went on a run down a small hidden path. That was the stupid decision she made. It led her to him. He was a man with a bad reputation. One that nightmares were made of. He was her mate.
Leonardo Loren, feared by most who hear his name, had always gotten his way with everything. But this time was so vastly different. He had come before Ella, a fierce woman to be reckoned with.
Part 2: Meet The main characters of Alpha Loren
Ella
She is a young woman who grew up without much of a proper home. Their family had moved around a lot, and this was mostly the fault of their father. They made it to Kellington, and the Alpha, logan’s father, allowed them to live as rogues among the humans. Ella’s father died four years prior and unable to handle the pain of her mate’s death, their mother left. She had been unable to continue living in a house full of memories of her mate. She wanted to bring her children along, but the kids had already built a life in Kellington. They had friends here. So, their mother was left alone.
Subsequently, it was just Ella and her brother, Connor. They lived a harsh life, paying bills with the little money they made from working shifts at a local restaurant. The odd cheques from their mother also helped, but not enough.
Ella falls within the category of a hardened protagonist. Not her heart, but her being. At such a young age where she should be sheltered and taken care of, she was already fending for herself. She was the younger sibling, yet she took care of her brother like it was the other way around. Ultimately, her experiences made her a tough nut to crack. She was not naive or stupid like they expected her to be. She had responsibilities that kept her grounded. Her mate was looking for a woman who would submit to him. Ella was far from that.

Part 3: Amazing Chapter from Alpha Loren
Chapter Five
Ella had just stepped into yet another Alpha’s territory as a rogue. She let the fear that she felt cool. She looked around and the path seemed unused. The incredible scent that she caught a whiff of, was now even stronger. Yet, it was just so quiet and still. Her instincts told her something wasn’t right. She had just thought of escaping the gloom to go back to the warmth of her bed. But then, she heard a voice. She spun in shock and surprise to see a man before her.
Ella was intimidated by this person, and it usually took a lot to frighten her. The man was exceedingly beautiful, but his expression was terrifying. Ella tried to apologize and leave but the man told her she can stay. It seemed more like a command than an invitation though.
Ella tried once more to politely leave, but the male wasn’t having it. He got close and made her look into his eyes. Immediately, Ella knew he was her mate. The man smiled. This time there wasn’t a trace of the terrifying person from earlier. She knew who he was, and let it slip. He tried to lure her away with him. But Ella wasn’t having it. The man lost his patience and Ella was caged in his grip. She managed to get away, but he quickly caught up. He seemed to enjoy the chase like he was hunting prey. Afterward, he made her say his name which she already knew, Alpha Leonardo Loren.
