Part 1: The Plot Summary of The Wolf’s Claim

The Wolf's Claim Novel

The sight of his mate, Nyla, whom he had loved and mourned for ten years, brought a sudden and profound halt to Oliver’s voice. She was overjoyed, hugging and kissing the man she had chosen over him while their pups surrounded us. Oliver wanted to kill that scumbag, but he chose to leave instead. He couldn’t bear the thought of leaving those children fatherless because of his pain.

He was in the midst of a run through the forest when rogues appeared out of nowhere. They were numerous, and he was outnumbered, but Oliver had no choice but to fight. He did everything he could to defeat them and survive.

However, the battle left him severely wounded. As soon as he stood up, he walked, and fortunately, he discovered a few small houses nearby. And there he collapsed in front of a child who would turn his life upside down.

Lana is staring madly at James, her husband, who was severely injured in a car accident. As the man moaned in pain, she couldn’t help but smile triumphantly. James was unable to move and was simply staring at her blankly while tears ran down the sides of his cheeks. Lana was waiting for that day when her husband would no longer be able to hurt her or her daughter.

James was a violent spouse. There was no day that the man didn’t hurt her, and she couldn’t do anything about it. But now, the moon goddess has made her way to James in order to put an end to his cruel treatment of her. Lana patted James on the cheek in celebration before bidding him farewell and turning away from the hospital where he was being handled.

Lana chose to begin a new life away from the hellhouse James had given her. Her daughter, Maddie, and chose to stay in a simple cabin in the middle of the forest. James’ separation from their lives brought peace to her heart. Lana knew that, even though their house was small, they were safe. Her daughter yelled something as she was unpacking.

She grabs her gun out of fear and runs toward Maddie. Imagine her shock upon discovering a large, injured wolf. The wolf was pleadingly looking into her eyes. Lana, on the other hand, was concerned for her daughter, fearing that the animal, like James, would harm them.

But a sudden wash of worry overwhelmed her because of those pleading eyes. Slowly, Lana helped the animal bring itself into their cabin, oblivious of the fact that it was Oliver, her mate.
