Part 1: Storyline of I Can Make Everything Level Up
His new mother named him Billy. He wasn’t excited to become a baby again, but he refused to sulk over the things he couldn’t control and decided to make the best of his situation.
He noticed he could see some kind of display consol before him if he blinked rapidly a few times. On the game-like console were written his abilities and capabilities. He understood he could do things to level them up.
He also discovered it was a single ability that only he could have. It had come to him in the process of reincarnation. The worst of it was that Billy didn’t actually believe there was such a thing as reincarnation, but now that he was a subject in one, it was beyond amazing.
He started figuring out ways to level up his abilities, which was more difficult since he was still a baby, and the greatest thing he could do was eat, sleep, and repeat.
Even though he was incarcerated in the body of a child, he had the mind of a man. Therefore, he decided to find ways to continue to act like a child, so as not to give himself away. When he became six months, his mother – Camilla, took him to go visit his grandmother.
He discovered during the walk, that things were different here. Their clothes were so primitive, they were made from skins of some sort and didn’t cover their bodies properly.
They lived in bamboo shacks. He’d thought it was something unique to his parents until he saw the entire village. The village was small and the shack where his own parents lived was even bigger than the ones most of the other villagers lived in. He saw that they were all warriors, even little children carried spears. He noticed their weapons were not only primitive but weak. Just a few spears had steel on the tip, the rest had stones or nothing and they were all wooden.
He also noticed that there were no old people in the village, even his own mother was young and from her scars, he could tell even she is a warrior. His father also had more scars than his mother. And was constantly leaving the house for the front lines.
He sometimes returned with more wounds and sprained bones. He began to wonder what kind of world he’d been reborn into. But most of all he wanted to know exactly what they were fighting and how he could help (especially his parents) survive longer.
One night, he woke up early and increased the strength of his father’s spear using all his accumulated mana. Everyone noticed the change in his father’s fighting skills and instead of rejoicing, they envied and suspected him. Therefore, Billy decided to wait a bit before interfering again.
He discovered that he could grow his strength by meditating, which was the only thing he could do since he was still a baby.
But a battle came, which drove them from their little village and into servitude to another town. What will become of Billy and his new primitive relatives? What monsters plagued his new world?
Part 2: Main Characters of I Can Make Everything Level Up
Billy, the protagonist of I can make everything level up died in a city like Kansas City and be reborn to a man who was the same age he was before his death. And in such a primitive world as he’d never seen before.
He’d been reborn with new abilities, and since his new world lacked a lot of things, it was his duty to help them grow and as fast as he could, cos all their lives depended on it.

Billy was now one year old and had decided to only focus on himself since growing the strength of his father’s spear drew some unwanted attention.
His mother had taken him around the village to visit his grandmother once again. He’d noticed that the only food they ate was a kind of meat that didn’t test great, but was strong in rapidly growing energy.
That day afforded him the opportunity to see the kind of monsters his new people fought. It looked like a giant scorpion but with fur instead of scales. He decided to start forming a weapon for himself already but was distracted by flames erupting in the distance.

The fires kept springing up in different places in the forest surrounding their village. Billy saw his mother rush being the shack and return with a spear he didn’t know was hidden there. He saw his wounded father return to the house hurriedly and said they should leave.
Billy and his parents, including what was left of the entire village had to abandon their little village and flee. Billy saw how fast they could run, he struggles to breathe during the whole exercise. They ran to another town that offered them shelter.
