This book review of The Broken Warriors Daughter will focus on werewolves but adds a guardian element. The female lead is not your average damsel in distress, she is a mighty and fearless warrior. She does not put herself first and is always prepared to fight.
When her father’s mate was killed in a bloody war, she vowed that she would not behave the same way as her father did after the loss of his mate.

Part 1: The Plot Summary of The Broken Warriors Daughter
Cara, the broken warrior’s daughter believes she was destined to be a warrior like her dad. She was a descendant of the guardians who went to great lengths to protect their alphas. But her father broke down at the death of her mother after saving Alpha Anders’s life, and she must be strong for him. Cara is the most physically fit student at the school.
Everyone feared her due to her fighting prowess. She regularly trains with her father after school and frequently sees Alpha Rik, their alpha, the man she will eventually guide in the future. Cara was apparently upset at the outcome of her fate. Why did an alpha need to be protected? She believed he should be the strongest because he was the alpha. Only the prospect of finding her fated mate gave her a reason for optimism. She will at least have a person and happiness to look forward to. Cara hopes her destined mate understands that she is the alpha’s guardian and accepts that this is her destiny.
Like Cara, Alpha Rik was overwhelmed by the weight of his new leadership responsibilities. Still, he was eager to celebrate his 18th birthday and discover his destined mate’s identity. Alpha Rik has had his fair share of women in his bed, but after the moon goddess selected his fated mate.
Alpha Rik pledged to remain devoted to her. He hoped she would resemble a noble and beautiful woman in some way rather than any of the other girls he had slept with.
Kai, Rik’s wolf, once persuaded him to introduce himself and ask for a woman’s name at a gathering. Kai said that he liked the girl when the man questioned why. Her beautiful eyes held allure. It was the first time Kai, the Alpha Rik’s wolf, showed interest in a female. He did introduce himself and asked about the girl’s name, but, judging by Cara’s irate reaction, he must have made a mistake by failing to recognize her. Cara is the broken warrior’s daughter and a friend of his father. Who wouldn’t know her?
How can he go dumb in front of a girl for the first time in his alpha life?
Alpha Rik is completely unaware that Cara is one of his pack members. He is left speechless when the woman expresses her dislike for him. Cara had never participated in the training that he directed, so he had no way of knowing about the girl. In addition, his father forbade him from going to the home of Mister Nelson, Cara’s father and the warrior who had saved his father.
Alpha Rik only had knowledge that Mister Nelson had a daughter, in which he never had an interest. Before Alpha Rik’s birthday, Cara infiltrated his head and took control of his thoughts. Like Kai, he didn’t explain why he wanted to meet her again. Until another alpha entered the university, Alpha Liam, who had a romantic interest in Cara and considered her his mate.
That triggered Alpha Rik’s possessive behavior. He’ll see to it that Cara falls head over heels for him. The Broken Warrior’s Daughter will be his mate.
Part 2: The Characters of The Broken Warriors Daughter
Alpha Rik
He is the main character in The Broken Warrior’s Daughter and falls madly in love with Cara. Alpha Rik is a typical example of an alpha playboy, and any woman in the pack would give anything to spend the night in bed with him.
However, Cara made him question his ego because the tough woman constantly grated on his nerves. The realization that Cara is destined to be his partner will leave him in a state of disbelief, which he will enjoy immensely. Because at last, after a long and drawn-out process of the chase, Cara would be his. However, Cara is going to make sure that things are tricky for him in every way possible.
Cara
She is a guardian, the broken warrior’s daughter, and will be Alpha Rik’s Luna, something she despises. The fact that Alpha Rik did not wait for Cara, his destined mate, infuriated Cara.
For her, it was unfair. She swore that she would make things challenging for Alpha Rik. Along with her quest to get to know her mate, Cara will put up with the uncertainty of which position she will play, whether it is that of Alpha Rik’s protector or that of her luna.
Because Alpha Rik wants to keep her safe, they will continue to argue over it. However, because she is a natural guardian, the moon goddess appointed her as Alpha Rik’s protector. I wonder how they will reach a compromise on that.
Alpha Liam
He is one of Cara’s closest friends and will be her other potential romantic interest. Alpha Liam is the definition of Cara’s ideal mate, but the moon goddess chose someone else for her. The presence of Alpha Liam will first cause confusion in Cara’s heart. He and Alpha Rik will engage in a courtship battle in order to earn Cara’s love, and he will do everything in his power to do so.
However, the mate bond outweighed his need to protect the lady he loved. However, in the end, he conceded defeat and continued to be friends with Cara, even though Alpha Rik always kills him in his head.
Part 3:Conclusion to The Broken Warriors Daughter
Because of Cara’s tough and blatant personality, the book The Broken Warrior’s Daughter exceeded my expectations. It is a rare sight to read a novel in which the female protagonist will go to any lengths to defend her female counterpart. Plus, her fight scenes are superb.
I also liked how playful and clever Alpha Rik was. He surprised me with the things he could do for Cara. I think they have excellent chemistry together. Despite having a large cast of characters, the author manages to convey their actions with clarity and timing. I applaud The Broken Warrior’s Daughter’s author.
