Summer lost her parents at the age of five, but she had a senior brother named Scorp, who was nineteen at the time and already an upcoming gang member of the Vipers club. But after the sudden loss of their parents, Scorp quit the gang and took custody of his little sister as he raised her on the streets.
But as soon as she turned eighteen and officially able to take care of herself according to the law, Scorp returned to the motorcycle club, known as Vipers. Summer didn’t like this as the club members were rascally and always getting into trouble, killing and getting killed.
As a matter of fact, they’d had to escape their previous home because Scorp had gotten into trouble. And even though he had kept the means through which he escaped a secret from her, she was grateful that he escaped. But now, she wasn’t letting him return to that crazy side of life, she gave him a choice, either her or the club and Scorp chose the club.
A situation that left Summer mad at him and because of this communication dwindled between them and one day, Summer was invited out by a handsome and wealthy man. The dinner was great, but the sex after was even better. One thing led to the other and she married him, her life became even much better, as she lived in a large Victorian beach side house with him.
All was well until her precious soul mate began to beat on her. Scorp was a big man, something that had earned him a place among the Vipers, he could knock somebody out with one swing of his wrists. But Summer still loved her husband and would do anything to get the relationship as it should be. Only she woke up to a text message from her brother, saying that the devil had somehow escaped death row and was back on the street.
Summer didn’t know who the Devil was, she only knew he was their worst nightmare and the leader of her brother’s gang. He’d been convicted about 13yrs ago and was supposed to hang for his crimes. What miracle had happened to release the Devil back into their presently organized life.
Fearing for her brother’s life, Summer masked her bruises which were sustained from her husband’s dreadful abuse, ran into the rain in search of her brother. When she arrived at his house -the one he’d raised her in, there was a dreadful stranger sitting on a couch, smoking weed and waiting for something.
On the other hand, 13 years ago, Colt had fought for his gang -the only legacy his father and his fathers before him had left for him. It was the bloody fight which had gotten him imprisoned and sentenced to death. He had a big suspension that someone had snitched on him, but no sacrifice was too much for the life he held dare.
He’d found a good lawyer and was now back on the streets and in search of his most loyal brother. The one that had fought side by side with him during the battle and should be a safe place to rest before going back to work. But when he arrived at Scorp’s there was no one there.
Scorp, after he’d texted his sister as to the disturbing sudden change, he had ran off to the gangs gathering where everyone who were worrying about the return of their treacherous leader were gathered to decide the way forward. And therefore, Colt and Summer had met.
Before Summer realized who he was, she’d already texted her brother and he’d told her where they were gathered. Colt set Summer free and went after his gang. On arrival, he would find that things had progressed over the years in his absence and another had risen who would challenge his inheritance.

She had concealed the bruises so that Scorp didn’t see them and get mad at her husband, but finding the devil in his place rattled her to the bone.

But even though he’d been in prison for 13yrs, was the devil himself, Colt dealt as honorably as possible for a man like him with Summer. He wasn’t too pleased to find rebellion when he returned to his gang, but would claim it back with Scorp behind him.

Colt Novel is quite the unique, to the extent that I am at a loss of what genre exactly to place it. There’s everything in it, hot romance, fierce action, love and betrayal, mafia/gangster and whatnot. And in all, the writer did a great job to make it captivating.
It is ironic that a terrible man such as Colt, who was known as the Devil, could be more gentlemanly than Summer’s billionaire husband. Colt Novel is completed, has about eighty chapter and is entertaining thousands of readers all over the world.
