If you’re a fan of contract marriage troupe then I’m sure the CEO’s Pampered Sweetheart will get your heart. At first, I thought this was another monotonous storytelling about two people falling in love while in a contract marriage, but something in the blurb got my interest.
Perhaps this time, the storyline shows some pampered love of a guy who looks crazy in love with the female lead. That’s new to me, and that’s appealing, and unique for me. So, I decided to pick up CEO’s Pampered Sweetheart.
CEO’s Pampered Sweetheart revolves around the love story of two couples who were trapped in a contractual marriage. The female lead was obviously spoiled with love by the male lead. Everything was so smooth and romantic until a secret was revealed.
So, that’s the catch there. What’s that secret that could ruin their relationship? Anyway, before that, let’s see first if CEO’s Pampered Sweetheart is worth our time.

Part 1: Plot Summary of CEO’s Pampered Sweetheart
In CEO’S Pampered Sweetheart, Ning Qianyu came from a broken relationship. She was cheated on by her ex-boyfriend with her best friend. Exactly at the moment when she was running from the pain and betrayal, and exactly when her life was falling apart, that was where she met Mu Shengchen.
Young master Chen was her savior not only when her mother was hospitalized and needed great money for surgery, but the contract marriage he offered to her has become her another chance at love.
Ning Qianyu of CEO’s Pampered Love was an ordinary girl with no money. Even her mom was disagreeing with her relationship with her ex-boyfriend because of their social status. She wasn’t rich. But then here she is, in a contracted marriage with the rich young master Chen.
Qianyu believes that the contract could become a way for them to be closer. Her husband forced the premium brand out of the city after she was made uncomfortable by the store clerk.
After that, he took her to the largest luxury mall and allowed her to make any purchases she liked. She thought it was only going to be an arranged marriage. After the accident, he claimed that he lost his sexual aptitude. So who was it that had been in her bed every night?
Part 2: Main Protagonists of CEO’s Pampered Sweetheart
Ning Qianyu
She was the CEO’s Pampered Sweetheart. This story was about her actually. Ning Qianyu of CEO’s Pampered Sweetheart was an ordinary girl raised by a single mother.
She was studying at a medical school when she met her ex-boyfriend. Her mother doesn’t like her to have ties with rich people for the reason that she will only end up in pain. And her mom was right when her ex-boyfriend cheated on her.
Young Master Chen
Young master Chen or Mu Shengchen of CEO’s Pampered Sweetheart is the male lead of this story. As usual, he’s the rich guy savior of Qianyu. I find his character intriguing especially at the beginning where all of the sudden he was there spying on Qianyu, witnessing all that’s happening to her.
So, I got curious about why he’s like that, why he knows Qianyu, and why he’s following her. I have a feeling that Young master Chen’s character in CEO Pampered Love has a lot to reveal.
Qi Yuwei
I can’t tell if Yuwie’s character here in CEO’s Pampered Love is the villain, but she’s the best friend who betrayed Qianyu. Her character here was not mean nor kind, yet I think she’s one of those to root for here in CEO’s Pampered Love. There are actually a lot of characters that will add color to the story, especially the Mu clan.

Part 3: Plot Review of CEO’s Pampered Love
One thing that’s a hook here in CEO’s Pampered Love is the premise of Mu Shengchen having no sexual aptitude yet something is going on strangely between him and Qianyu. That’s a lot of holes in the plot to follow and resolve.
And I find it intriguing. I think this part is what makes CEO’s Pampered Love catchy to readers because honestly there are lots of contract marriage stories out there, and CEO’s Pampered Love is among the common ones. Regarding the plot, I would say that it is average, and what makes the story sustainable is the unfolding of events and the character’s interactions.
Part 4: Romantic Scenes In CEO’s Pampered Love
CEO’S Pampered Love Chapter 7- Civil Affairs Department Marriage
” You two are too far apart! Get closer!”
This marriage scene in chapter 5 of CEO’s Pampered Love is thrilling. The awkwardness between the characters was shown as well as the romance between Shengchen and Qianyu.
CEO’s Pampered Love Chapter 11 – Young Master Mu Washed The Dishes
” Miss Ning, your culinary skills are pretty good!”
This is just a light and romantic scene in CEO’s Pampered Love. In this scene, young master Chen was cold, yet he was obviously jealous of Jing Rui who was amazed at Qianyu’s cooking skills.
CEO’s Pampered Love Chapter 12
” You should do this yourself”
So at this point of CEO’s Pampered Love, young master Chen was already pissed off with Qianyu being praised by another guy. Since he was in a wheelchair, he asked Qianyu to guide him to the bathroom and help with his pajamas. Qianyu got very awkward and blushed at the situation.
Part 5: Similar Book To CEO’s Pampered Love
If you love the premise of CEO’s Pampered Love I think you will love The Billionaire’s Vengeance: My Path To His Hearttoo. This is the same with CEO’s Pampered Love for the male lead here was also mysteriously tied to a wheelchair, but then a secret revolving around that so-called accident and the male lead’s condition.
The Billionaire’s Vengeance tells about Odella Bale and Caleb Ferell. To save the hotel from financial meltdown, Odella Bale sought help from Caleb Ferell-her ex-fiance, who was crippled because of a tragic accident a few years ago that involved her family.
Caleb was tied in the wheelchair, but he managed to be known as one of the wealthiest bachelors who inherited Ferell Corporation.
Odella threw her pride away and sought help to fight against the company that seemed to follow their properties like Death. Caleb agreed, but one thing he wanted from her was to become his wife. Little did she know that vengeance awaits her title as Mrs. Ferell. This is actually one of the contract marriage stories that I like because of the revenge and mystery theme in its plot.
