Part 1: The Main Characters Of Invincible

Huang Xiaolong, is the strong male protagonist of the novel – invincible. He was reborn as a child and about seven years old when the awakening ceremony that triggered the happenings took place.

Huang Wei, is the main antagonist of the story. He was also about the same age as Xiaolong, and born into the same noble family.

Now, what happened in the novel – Invincible? Let’s answer this question under the subheading below…

Part 2: Hot Storyline of Invincible

This world were the storyline took place was not in the waking world on earth. It was at a realm called the Martial Spirit World. Now, Huang Xiaolong wasn’t always a part of this world, he was previously a human, living on earth… who also practiced martial arts and had acquired the ancient technique called body metamorphose scripture before he died at seventeen.

He was reborn into the martial spirit world… into the Huang clan and the first son to the first daughter of the family. Now, this world can be seen as a martial arts heaven to those who dream of it, but also a martial arts hell to those who didn’t.

In this world, all they eat and breath is martial arts… Huang Xiaolong was advancing greatly in the body metamorphose scripture, even though a child’s body wasn’t so convenient to him.

This continued until it was time for his parents to take him to the Huang clan’s manor gathering hall, for the martial spirit awakening ceremony. There were other kids when they arrived, about twenty two of them, including the first of the first uncle of the Huang family.

He was Huang Wei, and was the first to be awakened. Now, in this world, children were born with martial spirits. The human’s strength was related to this martial spirit within them and was graded into low, medium and high.

Huang Wei’s martial spirit was awakened and it rated ten, very powerful… it was a black tiger with three eyes. Everyone was proud of him, including the head of the Hunag clan, their grandfather, who offered at once to take huang Wei into his tutelage.

But Huang Xiaolong’s martial spirit was a giant serpent with two heads and two colours – black and blue. They thought it was a variety of the seventh grade martial spirit and began to look down upon him, not knowing that black and blue supposedly meant a heavy beating.

Huang Xiaolong was already having an issue with Huang Wei after he’d caught him and his friends bullying his little sister… he gave them the beating of their lives, and both Huang Wei and his father never forgot.

Everyone were underating Huang Xiaolong for having what they assumed was a seventh grade martial spirit. Even Huang Wei’s father, who was the heir to the head of the Huang family, refused to give him his own spirit pill after the ceremony… while he gave everyone else, including those with crippled martial spirits.

Huang Xiaolong caught his parents arguing about this and was infuriated. He was seven in this body, but he still had the mind of a seventeen year old. He understood that if his uncle was doing this now, he was going to get worse when he became head of the house.

He was mumbling this in his heart when he caught Huang Wei and his friends back at his sister again. With all the annoyance, he gave one the kick of his life and as they ran, Huang Wei challenged Huang Xiaolong to a battle at the annual clan assembly in six months time.

Nobody knew how fast Huang Xiaolong was advancing, neither did they know that his martial spirit was over tenth grade. He was breaking boundaries which were normally done in months, in just days… and was ready for both Huang Wei and his first uncle.

What happens when they find out that the legendary martial spirit dwelt among them? How will the fight go between the two kids? And who will be head of house when the time comes? Let’s see what we find in the popular chapters below…

Part 3: Popular Chapters Of Invincible

Invincible Chapter 6: It is useless to beg me

Huang Wei had boasted to everyone that during the ceremony, he would break both Huang Xiaolong’s hands and legs. His parents and everyone who heard actually believed he could do it. His training progress was news all over the clan. But nobody knew he was no match for Huang Xiaolong, who was growing in power five times faster.

His parents decided to beg the first uncle for mercy in Huang Xiaolong’s place. But he denied that such thing existed and said that even if it did, there was nothing wrong. He refused to listen.

Invincible Chapter 12: the annual clan assembly

Honoured people from other families were invited to this year’s annual clan assembly. The first uncle was anxious to show off his sons abilities to the world. The hall was decorated and everyone was seated. Huang Xiaolong saw Huang Wei, and he had an arrogant stare in his eyes. The rumors of him wanting to break Huang Xiaolong’s arms and legs had spread.

The battle began and Huang Xiaolong gave them hell. He used the opportunity to make them understand the level of his martial spirit and the level of his cultivation.

Part 4: Personal Evolution of Invincible

Finally, Invincible is quite the novel… I’m almost certain that it speaks the fantasy of every martial artist…to one day go to martial arts heaven after they’re dead. A heaven where only martial arts would be all they do, where cultivation and growing in strength will be swift and honorable. But to us, who know nothing about martial arts, we have a few lessons to imbibe. Huang Xiaolong was only able to defeat his demons, because he was focused and determined. While other children played, he practiced very hard. Do you like novels in this genre?
