Part 1: Plot Summary of Blood Pain: My Mafia Stepbrother
The story follows Mia. Her life is suddenly changed and it’s a result of her mother’s marriage. Mia’s life before the marriage was pretty okay despite the fighting parents. And, she was perfectly fine with their simple life, her incredibly young Dad who planted lilies for her and their decent house.
Mia didn’t want things to change, but now she has to move. Her mother was going to live with her husband and Mia had to go along. She comforts herself with the thought that only a year later she will be free to make her own decisions.
Roman is unhappy with his father for choosing to marry a strange woman and ignoring the decline of their mafia empire. He hates that his life is about to change. And, on top of that, his bloodlust seems to be increasing by the day. His father wants him to get along with his new stepmother and stepsister, but Roman has no such intention. He is prepared to create chaos.
When she arrives in the place that is to become her new home, Mia is stunned by the wealth, but nothing stuns he like the man who turns out to be her stepbrother. Roman only has to look at her once for everything he expected to collapse completely. These two people can’t deny their attraction to one another. But, such a thing cannot happen.

She’s a teenager who has been through quite a lot because of her imperfect family. But, it only gets more imperfect when she moves away from her old life, her father, and her home. She follows her mother to move in with her husband. Mia doesn’t want anything complicated. She can’t help her tears when she remembers what she lost when she remembers her father.
Mia doesn’t hate her mother, but she feels her father doesn’t deserve what happened. Therefore, Mia plans to go back to her father when she finally comes of age. However, things don’t always go as planned. Unexpectedly, Mia’s new life comes with overwhelming secrets, discord, and murder. One man is going to turn her world even more upside down.
Roman
A ruthless killing addict, he is stuff from nightmares. Roman loves to kill and he admits it. However, this becomes a bigger problem when the family is involved. Roman is displeased with his father and is ready to dispose of him, because of his marriage to the strange woman.
However, he has to accept the new reality if he hopes to gain what he desires. Afterward, he can kill his father and take the power, that was already mostly in his hands, absolutely from his father. Who knew that all it would take was one girl to mess up his plans? Yes, she’s just a child. But he wanted to do unthinkable things to her, his stepsister.

Chapter One
Mia waits for her father. She hopes that he will come to see her one last time before she leaves. She hasn’t seen him in a long while. Not since the incident where he blamed both her and her mother for everything being ruined. Mia doesn’t despise him for it. No, she very much understands her father’s distress. Mia can’t help but notice the dried-up lilies. Lilies that her father had planted for her.
When she turns to get into the car and leave, her father finally opens the door. She notes his haggard appearance. However, despite looking miserable, he manages to comfort her as she succumbs to tears. Mia doesn’t fail to see his strange behavior. She chalks it up to her mother’s glare at them. Nevertheless, something feels off.
In that way, they departed from their old place.
Chapter Five
Roman is basically freaking out after meeting Mia. He didn’t expect that she would be so young. Neither did he expect the reaction his body made to see her.
Roman couldn’t help the disgusting thoughts he got at the sight of her. Now he was driving to see Dane, hoping his best friend would make sense of everything. He was prepared to tell him everything. That is until Dane called her his sister, and described all the ways he would protect Mia. Roman knows he has to keep his mouth shut.
