In A Mistaken Marriage Match: A Generation Of Military Counsellors Book, what was supposed to be a regular day at the office turned into a hideous expulsion from the current reality into an entirely different world, in another era as well.
Gu Yun, a police detective, arrived at a colleague’s office looking to talk about a murder case that was ongoing. This was happening in the depth of the night, apparently, Gu Yun and her colleague, Zhou Qing were workaholics. At the time when Gu Yun arrived at Zhou Qing’s office, Zhou Qing was drained after working severely long hours.
They had a small chat about the case that they were both handlings and while they were doing so, Gu Yun spotted a trigram disk which was part of the exhibit that they needed to figure out their case. Gu Yun picked it up to examine it, and then something that would change her and Zhou Qing’s life forever happened.

Part 1: Main Story of A Mistaken Marriage Match: A Generation of Military Counsellor
While Gu Yun was examining the trigram, she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her finger, as if she had been pricked by something sharp. Following Gu Yun’s shrill cry, Zhou Qing walked up to her to examine what the problem was. It was surprising to see that Gu Yun’s index finger was bleeding profusely from a tiny spot that had been pricked by something no one could identify.
Zhou Qing took the trigram and looked at it, and then she raised an alarm. The blood that gushed out of Gu Yun’s finger, soaked through the plastic exhibit bag that the trigram was stored in, and stained the trigram. If only Gu Yun knew that she was on her way to A Mistaken Marriage Match: A Generation Of Military Counsellors, she would not have gone close to the trigram. Read similar book

The women were taken aback by this, and while they were thinking of how to explain the presence of Gu Yun’s blood on the trigram, they didn’t notice the blood seep through the groves of the trigram, and settle in the ying-yang section of it.
Before they knew what was happening, there was a bright red light in the room, and while they were still in a state of shock, the two lady police detectives, Gu Yun, and Zhou Qing fell gently to the ground in a mysterious way.
In a parallel world, something notable was also going on. Three sisters were being sent away to another Empire for marriage and the like. Apparently, they had started on their journey and took a rest at a ruined temple because of the heavy downpour of rain. The three sisters were bound and muddled together.
The sisters were called the Qing sisters, and they were from the kingdom of Hao Yue, their names were Qing Mo-she was the youngest, Qing Ling-she was the eldest, and Qing Feng-the middle born. They were beauties, all of them, and they were going to be gifted to different princes and emperors in the Qiong Yue empire.
The other two Qing sisters didn’t consider their predicament as a tough one, compared to their elder sister, Qing Ling, who would be gifted to the emperor himself. Everyone regarded the emperor as cold, distant, and brutal, and it was a fearful thing that Qing Ling would be his “‘gift.”
Suddenly, in A Mistaken Marriage Match: A Generation Of Military Counsellors, one of the sisters became resolute and suggested that they killed themselves instead of facing a lifetime of sorrow and difficulty in the Qiong Yue empire, and they agreed.
While the guards that were conveying them from Hao Yue to Qiong Yue were at the entrance of the temple, taking a rest as a result of the rain, the Qing sisters committed suicide by hanging themselves with the red veil of the clothes that they had on, and they supposedly died.
After a while, one of the guards discovered them and raised alarm. As usual, they were frantic. Hao Yue Empire was gifting Qiong Yue Empire these beautiful girls with a sense of peace and partnership behind them.
If word got to the Qiong Yue empire that their “‘gifts” had died during the travel, it might result in chaos. After checking the girls, the guards discovered that the eldest one, Qing Ling, was still breathing, and eventually, the other two suddenly opened their eyes.
This was the point where the transmigration happened. Gu Yun, the police detective, had soul traveled and transmigrated into Qing Ling’s body, and by the time she woke up, she found herself on the bed of a strange place, with a strange man looking over her.

Prologue: Part 1-3
To start with, all the chapters of A Mistaken Marriage Match: A Generation Of Military Counsellors, are divided into at least three parts, as a result, each chapter carries a lot of information about the book. So, I will discuss only the prologue of the book, as it holds so much depth about the book.
In the first part of the prologue, the author narrates the ordeal of Gu Yun and Zhou Qing, colleagues in the police department. They were in the process of handling a murder case when Gun Yun saw and started to observe the trigram.
The question I want to ask in this part of the book is simple. What pricked Gu Yun’s finger? Was it the plastic bag that the trigram was being held in, or was it the supernatural power of the trigram? Read the book in depth to find out.
Also, in the first part of the book, Gu Yun and Zhou Qing collapse mysteriously while they were looking at the trigram and wondering how to explain what got Gu Yun’s blood past the plastic bag and directly into the trigram. A red light shone into the room that they were in, and they both collapsed in submission instantly.
The other parts of the prologue narrated to readers how the sister’s Gu Yun and Zhou Qing would later wake up as in another era and be taken to another empire to be served as gifts. It talks about how the sisters planned and committed suicide while they were shielded from the rain, and how they were found out by guards and woke up as different people.
