Part 1: Storyline of The World Of The Fall
Jaehwan was one of those who accepted the summon. He formed a team around the second level of the tower. There was a portion maker, a blacksmith, and others on his team.
During the climb, people began to give up hope, as the journey was not in the least easy. There were monsters on every floor. Each floor contained monsters stronger than the previous one.
There was a lot to injure and even kill the walkers. Walkers are the people who accepted the challenge and agreed to climb the tower. At the sixth level, the walkers encountered something they referred to as the revival stone.
The description said it was supposed to perform the magic of time traveling, said how the user would be transported back to the beginning with their memories intact. Many walkers assumed they could achieve a lot if they went back and started afresh using their memories which would be left intact.
Therefore, many walkers began to use it. The first user said he wanted to go and check, then tell the others how it worked and if it was safe. But after activating the stone, alas, the gentleman disappeared completely.
The other walkers were stricken with fear, but a scholar explained to them how there were different worlds and dimensions, how it was possible that the gentleman actually did go back in time but couldn’t be seen by them still in the tower, because they existed in different dimensions.
Walkers struggled to get to the sixth floor only to acquire the stone, some walkers even began to sell the stone as merchandise to people on the first floor. But Jaehwan refused to use the stone, he strongly believed that his world’s survival was seriously based on arriving at the last floor and he was ready to reach it.
But nobody listened to him, even his team members began to resort to using the stone. He advised that it was paramount that they stayed, he believed they the greater the number of people, the greater their chances of success will be.
Jaehwan kept advancing until he arrived at the last floor, but all his hopes were dashed to the wall as there was no hope for his world in sight. Turned out, the ruin he saw through windows of the tower – about how people were dying – was a lie.
Turned out the tower also lied about the revival stone, it was no means of transportation to the past. Turned out the walkers were sleeping in the real world and were kept at special attention wards in the hospitals in the real world. Turned out the tower wasn’t even the main game. Jaehwan, the protagonist of the world of the fall is a man of about twenty-two years old. Average in height, tanned, and slightly muscular. Out of the ninety-eight percent of humankind who accepted the summons and became walkers, Jaehwan was the only one who didn’t fall into the temptation of the revival stone.
He was the only walker who made it to the last floor. After he discovered the mistake they’d all made on the last floor, he refused to be heartbroken, instead, he decided to reject the offers of the tower’s handler to restart the game.
He’d hoped to receive the answer to his world as a reward for finishing the challenge, but alas, the game cannot be trusted.

Jaehwan was now on the ninety ninth floors, he had met and fallen in love with Seoyul, but had lost her to death a few floors before. About ten years had passed by now, but people in the tower don’t age as years in the tower were just months in real life – where their bodies lay. That and the fact that it was only a dream.
Jaehwan was accosted by the demon boss of the 99th floor, a dragon, whose skin was impenetrable. It had taken him days trying to kill it, using every skill he’d acquired, every weapon. It was difficult to succeed but persistence helped him and he finally killed it.

Jaehwan arrived at the last floor and encountered the tower’s handler – Beastlain. He refused every offer after discovering the lies of the game and instead began to try to kill him.
But Beastlain was difficult to kill. He refused to kill Jaehwan either because the leaders of the game treasured him. It was paramount to restart the game, but it cannot be done without Jaehwan’s approval.
