He was described as handsome, attractive, and cold especially when he came back from abroad and met Isabela again.
But what’s charming about him in No Escape Her Ex-boyfriend’s Love Trap is his devotion to Isabela. It’s rare to read such novels where it’s the guy who was madly in love with a girl. And maybe, that’s what makes No Escape Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Love Trap charming.
Isabela Mccoy
Isabella of No Escape Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Love Trap was first introduced as a naive 19 years old girl, a daughter of a powerful family too. The intriguing part about her is her unknown pregnancy. No Escape Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Love Trap starts with a scene of her as pregnant and doesn’t know how she got pregnant. So this is some kind of a cliffhanger.
It’s boggling to think how she got pregnant, wherein Claud isn’t the father and she seriously professed that she hadn’t had sex ever. I am hoping that the cliffhanger will be solved then in the latter chapters.
Freida
She’s the brat sister of Claud in No Escape Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Love Trap. She’s the one responsible for Isabela’s misery. She’s the cause of Isabela and Claud’s break up. She’s a liar, and her character remained the same even after 5 years.
And what’s interesting about her in No Escape Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Love Trap is that her jealousy of Isabela is deep to the bones the reason that she likes Norris – Isabela’s present boyfriend.
Norris
Norris is the side male lead in No Escape Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Love Trap. His character is vague and suspicious. Even though he was presented as the guy who saves Isabela from heartache, and even though he’s patient, understanding, and always there for Isabela, I feel that he’s hiding something.

No Escape Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Love Trap Chapter 3 – Encounter
This is part of No Escape Her EX-Boyfriend’s Love Trap where Isabela and Claud meet again after 5 years. The scene here was presented dramatically, with snow and emotions that will sweep you away. But at this time, Isabela was already with Norris, her present boyfriend. This chapter ended with Isabela crossing paths again with Freida at a party.
No Escape Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Love Trap Chapter 5 – No Longer In Shape
This is the chapter of No Escape Her Ex- Boyfriend’s Love Trap where Isabela and Claud had an encounter at the bar. Isabela ridiculed Claud that he was no longer as attractive as before. She goes out of the bar drunk and Norris isn’t coming to fetch her yet so she ends up throwing up in Claud’s car.

Unfortunately, Claud interpreted the meaning of the flower as unexpressed love and affection. At this point, Isabela’s real plan of pissing Claud through the flowers didn’t work.

One thing I don’t like about No Escape Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Love Trap is the slow pace of its events. Although the beginning chapters were forwarded after 5 years, I want to see more revelations or a hint of it unfolding, but after Isabela got mysteriously pregnant, and the attempted abortion I didn’t read a follow-up event about her child.
The beginning chapters were more on her encounter with Claud’s brat sister. The blurb is intriguing. It made me expect a lot. Maybe what’s sustains the reader’s interest here in No Escape Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Love Trap is the eagerness to know who is Isabela’s real savior, and who is the man who loves her.
Yeah, I will be recommending No Escape Her Ex-Boyfriend’s Love Trap to readers of second-chance romance stories.
