Part 1: The Fun Plot of The Best Friend Contract by Athrhteera
Kenna and Aidan have been friends ever since they were in fourth grade. As they grow up, they become close and supportive of one another. They have a close family bond because even their mothers are friends.
Kenna knows Aidan’s many flaws, including his flair for flirting and playfulness and his aversion to settling down with one woman. The fact that Aidan was always at the center of a scandal involving other girls drove his mother crazy.
As a result, her mother pressured him into marriage. He was even more surprised that his mother only gave him three days to make up his mind, or she would pick his bride for him.
Knowing his mother, he knew the woman she would choose for him would be the opposite of his attitude, which he disliked. And why on earth would he marry a random girl?
He devised a scheme, and his best friend Kenna was the key piece of the puzzle. To help him out, he asked Kenna to marry him.

She agreed to become Aidan’s wife to protect his best friend from an unwanted marriage that Aidan’s mother would pursue if he couldn’t get a wife in three days.
What a ridiculous idea, and she knows it. For the sake of clarity, Kenna made “the Best Friend Contract” with terms written in it. It would be just a year of marriage and living together in a different room. But her rules became chaotic as the union went on, and unexplainable feelings started getting involved.
Aidan
Aiden was one of the top five most eligible bachelors in the city. Because of his status as the world’s youngest CEO, young women worshiped him as if he were a god.
Aidan gets his girl with just a wink of an eye. But that woman’s shenanigans with him were a mortal sin to his mother, and his mom hates it. Chapter 4: The Proposal
Although Kenna’s marriage to Aidan was merely a convenient arrangement for the latter. She wasn’t an easy girl. Aidan needs to make her proposal truly special and memorable. Aidan burst in, breathless, while she was in the ER.

Chapter 13: The Wedding
The Best Friend Contract wedding scene is hilarious lol. Aidan was anxious as he waited in the church for her bride. Best man Dimitri was relentlessly teasing, even joking that Kenna had changed her mind and decided not to attend. To that end, I applaud Dimitri’s efforts to piss Aidan off.
However, Kenna had already gotten into the bridal car and was convincing herself that everything would be okay. And she had no hesitation about tying the knot with Aidan. She smiled broadly as she stepped out of the car a few minutes later.
Chapter 18: Differences
A person’s true character can only be revealed after spending some time with them, as the adage goes. When Kenna and Aidan moved in together, they quickly discovered their many differences.
