Part 1: Must-Read Chapters Of The CEO’s Convict Wife Novel

Chapter 1

The CEO's Convict Wife Chapter 1

The CEO’s Convict Wife Chapter 1 mainly tells Rosalie Leigh’s background story that leads her to her prison life. Back then, Zachary Xanthos, her ex-boyfriend, fools her and cheats with another woman. Both of these treacherous figures accuse Rosalie of drunk driving that caused Melanie Hamilton’s death.

Three years after Rosalie’s imprisonment, she becomes a road sweeper. Here, a stranger named Timothy harasses her. Then, Jonathan appears all of a sudden to assault this man. Anyway, this Jonathan is Jonathan Youngblood, the wealthiest man in the city!

Chapter 2

The CEO's Convict Wife Chapter 2

In The CEO’s Convict Wife Chapter 2, Rosalie stops Jonathan from continuously hitting the stranger (read: Timothy) by warning the former. Jonathan doesn’t care, yet, Rosalie also feels he rescues her. One of the proofs of Rosalie’s feelings is that she thanks Jonathan for coming to her rescue.

Timothy feels ashamed since he received beatings from the famous and wealthy Jonathan Youngblood. Meanwhile, a couple of hours after Timothy flees with his girlfriend, Rosalie offers Jonathan a place to stay in her modest-looking house. She lays a mat on him, washes his hair, feeds him pasta, and together, they share stories about their pasts.

Chapter 15

The CEO's Convict Wife Chapter 15

I find at least two highlights in The CEO’s Convict Wife Chapter 15. First, Rosalie’s relationship with Jonathan has blossomed into a more intimate brother-sister relationship. Not only do they share the same bed, but both parties also have nicknames for each other: Jon for Jonathan, and Rosie for Rosalie. Such nicknames surprise other parties, such as Carlos and Yulissa.

Meanwhile, Yulissa is not a foreign figure for Rosalie. After all, she is involved in the marriage of convenience between the Xanthos family, which is Rosalie’s ex’s family, and the Hamilton family. Here, I would say Yulissa’s appearance becomes another highlight in The CEO’s Convict Wife Chapter 15. I wonder if the two women would stay friends!

Part 2: The Major Storyline Of The CEO’s Convict Wife Novel

The CEO's Convict Wife Rosalie And Jonathan

The CEO’s Convict Wife is a novel that tells stories about how two individuals, whose names are Rosalie Leigh and Jonathan Youngblood, encounter their pasts together, starting from their modest lifestyles.

Rosalie Leigh is a young woman with a bitter past. Her ex-boyfriend, Zachary Xanthos, fools her with fake promises and leaves her vulnerable at the courthouse. Not stopping there, Zachary also shows off his romantic gesture to Yvette, his new mistress.

Together, Zachary and Yvette frame the car accident as Rosalie’s fault. In The CEO’s Convict Wife novel, the car accident that results in Melanie Hamilton’s death and involves a billionaire named Jonathan Youngblood shouldn’t involve Rosalie at all, since her car was “accidentally slipped” to the other party’s car.

No matter how hard Rosalie tried to justify her reasons, her three-year prison sentence remained. After three years had passed, Rosalie started her social work punishments as the road sweeper. She met a lecherous stranger named Timothy, who mocked her for her past relationship with Zachary Xanthos, now that Zachary married Yvette.

With his lecherous nature, Timothy asks Rosalie to have a one-night stay with him. On the other hand, Jonathan Youngblood appears all of a sudden to knock him out. Since the beatings were severe enough, Rosalie had to stop Jonathan, even though she also felt thankful Jonathan rescued her until Timothy fled with his girlfriend inside their car.

At this point in the scenes in The CEO’s Convict Wife novel, both parties have no idea about each other’s identity. So, Rosalie offers this stranger man a place to stay in her rented house. Then, she nurtures him, including feeding him and washing his hair. There, she learns this man has “Jon” as his nickname. Meanwhile, Jonathan refers to Rosalie as “Rosie”.

What will Rosalie do when she knows the “Jon” guy she faces is Jonathan Youngblood, a person involved in the car accident, in which she was accused as the perpetrator back then? What if this “Jon” guy is the wealthiest CEO?

Part 3: Some Reviews About The CEO’s Convict Wife

The CEO's Convict Wife PDF Free Download

I would say the openings of The CEO’s Convict Wife are shocking and thorough, which leads me to adore this novel’s element. It’s rare to witness a novel with such a patient way of explaining Rosalie’s background as a convict. At the same time, her blossoming relationship with Jonathan also has slow-but-steady flows in the novel’s storylines.

Rosalie and Jonathan’s budding feelings for each other in The CEO’s Convict Wife should’ve started with them not knowing their identities despite the car accidents they were involved in three years ago. Such an unknown encounter sounds understandable, for Rosalie herself has experienced some disfigurements since her imprisonment.

In addition, Jonathan was married to the late Melanie Hamilton at the time of the car accident. Since then, he has found it difficult to open his heart to another woman. Even Carlos, his most faithful assistant, feels it. The car accident leaves big traumas for both parties, and I can see it in The CEO’s Convict Wife.

When I read the chapters in The CEO’s Convict Wife, I have an impression that the author wants to convey a take-home message to forgive our past, so we have the power to leave them behind. The more I read the stories behind Rosalie and Jonathan’s relationships, the more I love how they cultivate their feelings and work on their terrible pasts together.

The relationship patterns between Rosalie and Jonathan in this novel are solid. Let’s not forget Zachary and his new girlfriend, Yvette, are no more than intruders with small portions of appearances nearing the late chapters of The CEO’s Convict Wife. Overall, those things make me feel grateful for Rosalie and Jonathan’s happiness in this novel.

Part 4: An Alternative Novel To The CEO’s Convict Wife

Alternative To The CEO's Convict Wife

The CEO’s Convict Wife is not only a story about Rosalie, the female MC, being a convict. Instead, the emphasis lies on encountering memories together. Memories about the past almost always bring out the worst in a person. Sometimes, they would cause a physical reaction, while at other times, it may lead to a series of retaliating acts.

It’s normal when people want to retaliate in the worst ways possible when they deal with people from their past. So, The CEO’s Convict Wife must have a darker and steamier alternative to the novel. So, here, I would recommend Dreame’s Lusting For An Ex-Convict, with Marian Millern and Nelson Walker as the two MCs.

Marian has difficulties in forgiving the Walkers for what they have done to her in her past that sent her to prison for ten years. Now that she becomes a professor, she starts caring for herself while trying to build her new life. Meanwhile, as one of the Walkers, Nelson plans to set up a scenario of meeting accidentally with Professor Marian.

The meeting starts with their fancy dinner in the Hillton Hotel. Then, the two MCs of Lusting For An Ex-Convict kiss passionately while observing Nairobi’s environment from the hotel’s restaurant. Their kisses then turn into more passionate and steamy bedroom acts as they unleash their most powerful and bitter forms of acts of revenge.
