How frustrating can life be? This book is too on the mark with this question. Fate is unchangeable they say. Well, this fate is something that needs to be changed ASAP. What we have her is a union that cannot and must not happen. It’s pretty clear the one who will suffer in this messed-up situation.

Part 1: The Story of Mated To The Cold Hearted Alpha
Mated To The Cold Hearted Alpha follows Hyacinth whose world goes down in a heap of blood and flames as the result of a long-standing enmity between her pack and another. Hyacinth is caught off guard by the suddenness of everything but also by the revelation which occurred that same night.
Many people want love and devotion and partnership that lasts forever, but at fifteen Hyacinth clearly was just starting out her life. Maybe she did want a forever kind of love and her mate was going to give it to her. However, nothing is set in stone. Who says your mate can’t be a bloodthirsty man who hates your guts?
So, yes. I feel sad for what the girl has to deal with so young. The same night that her father and mother are killed, Hyacinth finds out that her mate is none other than the killer himself. Who can help her out of this? Of course, she must reject such a cursed bond.
The monster that is Hyacinth’s mate wants nothing more than to exploit her like an object then throw her to the side.
I have to say, the author is really merciless with the opening scenes of Mated To The Cold Hearted Alpha. Hyacinth loses so much in a short period of time.
Part 2: Meet the Main Character of Mated To The Cold Hearted Alpha
Hyacinth
She is only fifteen when she winds up an orphan. She is a woman whose perseverance is a cool inspiration. Though she is broken by her experiences, Hyacinth does not let her life completely spiral downward. She may not have parents, but she is not completely alone in the world.
First must come her survival. Hyacinth struggles to stay afloat in a sea of terrible life adjustments. Her character is warm, understanding and fastidious. She is the perfect protagonist for this story. Can she avoid the fate she was cursed with?
She can’t run forever, and she can’t hide for too long. Hyacinth and her brother Luca must do what they can to stay away from their archenemy Alpha Leander, a man who looked bigger than life. He was the stuff of nightmares. He came and dealt Hyacinth’s pack a big blow. Somehow, he expects that she will bear his heir and let him claim her.
Hyacinth’s story is messed up. I feel that the author could’ve been a little kinder to Hyacinth’s character, but this is alright too. All of her bad experiences cause Hyacinth to build herself in the shortest about of time and to a better height.

Part 3: A Few Thoughts on Mated To The Cold Hearted Alpha
She did nothing to deserve such a blasted destiny. I don’t care to know what sort of intention the goddess has for werewolf kind; one cannot be mated to an enemy. Something must be done to get rid of this curse. She cannot be mated to such a terrible creature that has no regard for life other than his own.
You have never seen someone so despicable and completely irrational. His father, himself and his people make you want to hurl insults. It’s one thing to kill a woman’s family, but to harbor thoughts of making her bear your children even if she has to be forced and debased in public? This man right here is a goddamn psychopath.
In Mated To The Cold Hearted Alpha, the author gives us a lot of terrible and terrifying moments. Moments that make us wish we could rip into the story and kill off a character or four.
It is useless to talk about what ifs. There’s only here and now, and reality doesn’t change merely by thought but rather by action.
It feels absolutely wrong that a feud could hurt so many young people in this way. Then, like a backhanded slap from the goddess, there’s suddenly a factor that couldn’t have been expected in a million years.
Mated To The Cold Hearted Alpha has a complex storyline, but the piece does justice to the relationship that is doomed.
Part 4: A Nice Chapter from Mated To The Cold Hearted Alpha
Chapter Two – Everything is Ruined
Hyacinth’s father had prepared an escape plan in the event that the pack could not be saved. She remembered the instructions he gave and followed them quickly.
Upon reaching the kitchen, she threw open the back door to deceive her pursuer and then flew into a walk-in pantry, closing the door behind her. She quickly dove to the floor and found the security latch after fumbling with her hands for a moment. It immediately clicked open, and Hyacinth crawled through, agilely dropping eight feet to the ground. She made her way through the dark underground tunnel.
As she moved, she heard that man who was the devil incarnate, race across the floor above her and out the back door. She felt relieved to have escaped him, but that relief was only temporary. Hyacinth had a long way to go.
She was fast. Panting, she reached the end of the tunnel and flung the door open. Her eyes found her adoptive brother, Luca.
Luca jumped from his crouching position and snatched Hyacinth into his arms. She trembled, and he consoled her.
Hyacinth learned from Luca about what happened to their mother. The beast had ripped her throat out. So, it was only them now.
When Hyacinth told Luca that the sicko turned out to be her mate, Luca’s expression blackened.
Fate had chosen for them. Hyacinth knew Luca could leave and did not want to put him in danger. However, Luca was going nowhere without her.
