“Please don’t divorce me!” Draven Boyle, my husband, was unmoved despite my pleadings. Everyone believes that I can’t stop loving him because I adore him so much. “Nevertheless, Jerk! You’re finally out of my life! We should divorce!”
This was the second thing Draven spoke to her after they had been married for three years. Cierra twirled in front of him while wearing a bridal gown, holding the broad hem. She grinned and enquired about her appearance. But she was given that response. ” I’ll arrange for someone to send you abroad after the wedding. ” After that, she was left alone for the entire three years.

Part 1: Divorced But Delighted Synopsis
In Divorced But Delighted, Draven would not have married Cierra if not for his grandfather’s illness. Three years ago, Ernest Trivino, his grandfather, was seriously ill and his last wish was to see Draven get married and have a family. However, Cierra was not the girl whom the Boyle family wanted for their son.
The Boyle family mistakenly took her in as a replacement for Aleah.
Aleah, on the other hand, was not Cierra’s real sister. She was bipolar, whose condition had gotten worse when Cierra and Draven got married, as a result, Cierra was pushed to be sent abroad. However, things get complicated when she comes back, Draven asks for a divorce, and a stalking case involving her adoptive parents has resurfaced. And it turns out that Cierra is more than just a replacement bride, and an adoptive child. The stalking case would soon reveal her true identity which she tried hard to hide even from her greedy adoptive parents.
Part 2: Divorced But Delighted Characters
Draven
Draven’s character here in Divorced But Delighted Is difficult to figure out if he’s in love with Aleah or if he’s just punishing Cierra for her being a replacement bride. In general, especially at the beginning of the story, you would see his character here in Divorced But Delighted novel as being moody, and hostile to Cierra. Yet, there’s no solid background about why his character is mean to Cierra.
Draven’s characterization here in Divorced But Delighted is like the same male lead in most romance stories. He’s attractive. He’s rich. He has an important role in his influential family. His character will piss you off for being insensitive to Cierra and that he’s emotionally tormenting her concerning stuff about Cierra being a replacement bride.
Cierra
Cierra is an intriguing character here in Divorced But Delighted. She’s got a dramatic and a little badass background. She’s being gossiped about and wrongly judged as just being the adoptive daughter whom the Boyle family wrongly picked up in the hospital, and later on took her biological sister’s fiance.
You will pity Cierra’s character here in Divorced But Delighted. She’s got a husband who doesn’t love her. She’s got an adoptive sister who envies what she has, and she’s living in a world where people labeled her for being the villain of her sister’s life.
However, there’s a more intriguing part of Cierra’s character that is yet to be unveiled, her true identity. It was later found out that she was from Barton Family. Now, the exciting part is will the Barton Family be even more powerful and wealthy than those families who looked down on and bullied her?
Aleah Boyle
You will hate her, but her characterization here in Divorced But Delighted was woven with perfection. She’s a love rival and a villain. Unlike the usual villain, Aleah Boyle of Divorced But Delighted is gentle, fragile, and sweet. She’s using her good girl image to manipulate people’s opinions about Cierra including Draven and his family. In the beginning chapters of Divorced But Delighted, Aleah was introduced as the elegant girl who played the piano, is slow to talk, and always smiles at Cierra while she secretly hates her, and secretly plots against her.

Part 3: Overall Review Of Divorced But Delighted Novel
As mentioned earlier, Divorced But Delighted has a common storyline and plot concept. The novel begins with the main characters getting a divorce, and then it showed how their lives unfolded while the divorce was still in process. It is noticeable that Divorced But Delighted has slow pacing.
The pacing of the plot starts with the divorce announcement and then with the introduction of the main characters. It would have been more exciting if it immediately followed Cierra’s storyline as being from the Barton family. It would be more thrilling to read how she would get back as richer and more powerful against all those who maligned her.
On the other hand, the build-up of emotional tension in the readers is effective, especially in Draven and Aleah’s characters. That’s what carried the plot through. Divorced But Delighted is set in the world of the rich, in the world of rich powerful families. You’ll get to see more parties and socialites here, and get to know more traditions of wealthy families concerning arranged marriages. The world-building in Divorced But Delighted is one that’s glam and splendid.
