At first, Qin Ran was presented here in Madam Your Sockpuppet Is Lost Again as a school girl who got deprived of education by her own biological parents because they were thinking she was stupid, later on, she was given adoption by the Lin Family.
Qin Ran’s character here in Madam Your Sockpuppet Is Lost Again is passive. We got a glimpse of how supposed to be badass she is in the blurb, but mostly in the beginning chapters she’s like bland, nothing interesting is shown about her except her physical description and countryside girl background.
Also, there are lots of characters mentioned in the beginning chapters of Madam Your Sock Puppet Is Lost Again. It was honestly difficult to follow who is who.
I was waiting for where I could meet the male lead, or have a hint who’s the male lead here, but it took a lot of characters and filler descriptions amidst chapters before I could understand that Master Juan is the male lead here. Also, there’s a little exposition of the male lead’s character here in Madam Your Sockpuppet Is Lost Again.
The Plot
The character outline of Madam Your Sockpuppet Is Lost Again was promising, it was supposed to be amazing but then the storytelling failed me. There are too many names mentioned in every chapter plus the plot flow was kind of messy. As a reader, you really need to make an effort for you to understand what’s going on, and who is who in the story.
The plot outline and the storyline of Madam Your Sockpuppet Is Lost Again were all solid. It was strong and catchy, but I was disappointed in the storytelling, perhaps it’s because of the translation.
Too many names are mentioned at the start of Madam Your Sockpuppet Is Lost Again and that confuses the readers, plus sometimes the names change when it’s only referring to the same person like Cheng Junye also called Master Juan without building up first why he’s Cheng Junye in the blurb and yet called Master Juan in the main story? I honestly have a headache following through. The school arch in the plot of Madam Your Sockpuppet Is Lost Again was nice, plus the hacker concept was badass, yet I think its excellent plot concept was wasted because of the storytelling style.
