It is the most amazing thing how the heart works. Hatred can easily turn into something else if we give the heart time. Arranged marriages are hard, but this one is a little more special. Maybe it’s the fact that he’s a crazy person.
I can’t understand how a man is comfortable giving his daughters away to someone with a bad reputation like Damian. The bastard gave him the choice of which one he liked best. It was just Livia’s luck that the man found her interesting enough.
A Death Wish
Livia inadvertently keeps digging her own grave with that smile of polite acceptance, but that is something I love about Livia; though she is practically dying on the inside, she would wear a smile. It only makes the tyrant more eager to wipe it off her face with his own brand of insanity.

Part 1: Main Character of The Story
Livia Shelby
She is a woman of plain desires and a warm heart. Livia’s life is undeservedly hard. She lives with people who are family only by name. The thing that makes up a true family is completely absent in their life.
A Family of Despicable Roaches
It comes as a very mild shock that her father could sell her out for wealth as he did; the bastard will always most likely remain the same. Livia’s stepmother could hardly contain the joy that Livia was leaving. The woman thought her an eyesore. The girl only lived as quietly and easily as anyone could, but it was able to attract haters. Livia had a job she liked, and life was at least fine, but then this whole crap happened.
Livia takes it all quite calmly, but there comes a time when everyone caves into their emotions and vulnerable heart.
In His Hands
Her life was completely taken and given to a man she did not know. Livia sits there listening to everything that he asked of her. She showed a smile, but her hand trembled to give her away
Alone with herself, Livia cannot hold back her tears as they spilled down her cheeks. Was her life still her own? But she was just getting started, why did fate have to be this cruel?
But maybe she had all the luck in the world, otherwise, how could she have married a man that was powerful and rich? Every girl’s dream. Well, sort of.
Part 2: Plot Summary of Trapped in His Love Obsession
The story follows Livia who is given the surprise of her life when she learns from her father that she must marry the cold-hearted and aloof Damian Alexander _ a man known for being ruthless as well as a womanizing douchebag. Livia did not have much choice in the matter. I mean, should she let her brother, who was the only person that genuinely cared for her, suffer a life of poverty? What kind of family did she find herself in? The one good person was her brother.
Livia did not get to say much and soon was invited out to meet Damian Alexander, the man who was to be her husband. Livia listened to him speak and said nothing much in opposition. She bore her smile despite the overwhelming feelings she had as they continued with their meeting. The only thing that she asked for, was to keep her job.
A sharp contrast to what he could have expected. It appeared that her easy acceptance even while hiding her true thoughts, caught Damian’s attention. He was prepared to make this person break completely.
Speaking of the man himself, there seems to be more than meets the eye with Damian Alexander. There is practically a depth that no one would expect of this powerful and cold-hearted man. Who else can get close enough to investigate this man and rattle his shell if not his wife? Livia and Damian are two people with different thoughts and desires. What happens when all is laid bare one before the other and vice versa?
Part 3: Amazing Chapter from Trapped in His Love Obsession
Chapter Three
Livia returned home and was hounded by her father for the result of her meeting with Damian. Did he like her or not? Were they getting married?
Livia only answered that everything had gone according to her father’s plan. She excused herself from their midst to go and rest. The two people who were supposed to be parents, both ignored the tears that fell down Livia’s face. They laughed and were ecstatic that their future was going to be easier because they were now out of bankruptcy.
Livia attended lunch with Damian’s assistant, Mr. Brown. He gave her a list of rules that Livia found unbelievable and inhumane. Her hands even shook; however, she only said her thanks with a smile. Mr. Brown told Livia that she only needed to serve the young master and carry out a lady’s duty as the young master’s wife. He told her not to expect to serve the man in bed as she was not his type.
She didn’t want to sleep with that person in the first place. However, Livia’s response to Mr. Brown was words of regret, saying it was a shame because Damian is very handsome. But she couldn’t contain her cheerful laughter at the end of her speech.
Assistant Brown was in disbelief at the woman. He clearly saw her trembling lips and hands, yet she said such things. He knows she has been trying to hold it in.
Not long after, Livia asks if she can also have sex with other men. Mr. Brown had never met someone so fearless.
