Honestly, female leads who were running away after getting pregnant were so not to my taste, and yet this is the premise that The Billionaire’s Mistress is giving us.

Part 1: Plot Summary of The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress
In The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress, Greek billionaire Dimitri Petronides is forced to leave his fiance and mistress Xandra Fortune in order to wed the lady his grandfather had chosen for him. Xandra had just taken a pregnancy test, and the outcome was positive, which upset her. She calls him and requests to meet him, but he doesn’t think she’s pregnant.
She departs the day he threw her out. After realizing a week later that she was telling the truth, he anxiously searches for her. Yet he was unable to locate her. He was informed that Xandra was deceased, but the person actually meant that the woman had ended her modeling career and returned to going by her given name.
Meanwhile, far as Dimitri knows, Xandra Fortune isn’t really who she was, but rather she is Xandra Dupree, a blue-blood who was reared in a convent and has a traditional, snobby mother. So she made a new identity for herself as Xandra Fortune and works as a model to support her unappreciative mom.
She meets Dimitri Petrodines, in her covert life, and they start dating for a year. When she got dumped by Dimitri she went back to Paris and got back to her model life.

In The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress, Dimitri is a Greek tycoon. You will not like his character at first here in The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress. The rejection and his mean words to Xandra were painful, and that reflects his rich asshole personality.
But later on, as the plot progresses, Dimitri of The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress has become a likable character for me.
He spent a lot of time looking for Xandra, while Xandra was unyielding. He was brave enough to resist the breakup and mend their relationship even in the face of Xandra’s family. So, this is likable of him in the later chapters where he becomes desperate and sincere for love.
Xandra Fortune
Xandra Fortune is actually Xandra Dupree here in The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress. The plot is actually about her. She is The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress. For me, Xandra’s character was created to be intentionally intriguing.
I like the pretension of another persona. I like how she was first introduced as a mistress and that was a relief knowing that she is actually more than just that, she is a model who was so loving to her mother.
Xandra The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress is an interesting and lovable character.
I like the part where she was shown as the blond blue green eyed model, and that was how Dimitri knows her, and then later on after the breakup, when she gets back to her roots, she changes her eye color and hair color, and Dimitri got confused then if he had found the same woman he was looking for.

Part 3: Plot Review of The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress
I now understand why runaway pregnant stories such as The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress are appealing to readers, it’s the wave of emotions and the promise of reconciliation after that appeals much. Here in Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress, the readers are taken to melodramatic scenes.
The breakup scenes are painful to read, and the search and reconciliation scenes are emotionally sweeping. So, I guess, the strength of this novel lies in the writing style and its movable words. The author was a specialist on that, plus rejection and reconciliation scenes are naturally emotional. The author pulled it off.
As for the plot of The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress, I could say that it’s not really striking to me, rather it’s common, as I told you I have been seeing many pregnant stories. But I think what carried the plot through was Xandra’s characterization. I like her dual persona, which made the story interesting.
All in all, I think The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress will be very appealing to lovers of the melodrama genre.
Well, this kind of genre is on the rise nowadays. If you’re a fan of k-drama, their stories are mostly crafted this way, dramatic and painful, then I bet you too will love The Billionaire’s Pregnant Mistress as this one gives us the same vibes and heartaches, and emotions as thos k-drama.
