I am honestly not into this kind of genre. My curiosity as to why many readers love marriage for convenience stories leads me to pick up Never Late Never Away. Marriage for convenience novels showed us another thrilling moment about falling.
In Never Late Never Away it showed that a happy ever after is not something you expect when you say “I do,” so there’s something particularly romantic about falling in love with someone you’ve already committed yourself to in marriage.

He is the male lead here in Never Late Never Away. Perhaps the question about Finnick’s character here in Never Late Never Away is whether he can still walk or not. He was introduced as a cripple man in the beginning chapters who too was in dire need to get married since his influential family was pushing him to.
Finnick isn’t the kind of high and mighty prideful rich male lead in a romance story. He’s somehow meek. He knows when to flaunt his influential family name. He knows when to use the money to his advantage, and he knows when not to use it. If you want to find out how he failed Vivian, and what went wrong between them, you can read Never Late Never Away.
Vivian Williams
She is the female lead in Never Late Never Away. Vivian is an example of a weak to the strong female lead. Her character development is gradual which makes the readers eager to see her rise. I like how she becomes firm in the latter part of the story, and how she came back stronger, and wiser when it comes to love.
That development of her character added spice to the plot. Although Vivian’s character isn’t the kind that is striking, especially at the beginning parts, I could say that the author made her background enough and suited for the story’s plot. Vivian of Never Late Never Away is worth reading somehow.

Part 3: Plot Review of Never Late, Never Away
Never Late Never Away is a well-done marriage-for-convenience story with a lot of unexpected twists. I don’t want to spill the entire plot in detail lest I spoil the fun. The premise is there, yet I think what made the plot interesting was the male lead’s characterization. In the beginning, we see Finnick as a crippled man who is in need of marriage too.
Commonly romance novels portray the male lead as someone who’s physically attractive, and almost perfect, yet it’s the contrary herein Never Late Never Away.
That kind of characterization of the male lead makes us root for him, it was like we are intrigued about him first, if he’s going to be healed in the latter part of the story or if he would remain cripple, or if it was just a trick he’s playing.
So, Finnick’s character is stirring lots of curiosity in the readers, and the author was effective in that. Nevertheless, all in all, I could say that somehow Never Late Never Away is not a bad read. Thus, this should be given a chance.
Part 4: Similar Book To Never Late, Never Away
If you love marriage for convenience stories like Never Late Never Away, I’m sure you will love Lifeless Heartthrob Billionaire series 2. Like in Never Late Never Away, Lifeless Heartthrob is a story of Philip and Alexandria who both find themselves without a choice but to dive into the need to marry each other.
I honestly like this novel above the rest of the billionaire romance, marriage for convenience books I read because of the character’s exposition here. It’s the writing style that got me and of course the plot. You will get to love Philip here.
