Everly’s father is attacked to the point that he had Blood spurted from his broken nose. Valen had attacked, knocking her father down before pouncing on him and raining blow after blow while Everly’s father tried to block his punches.

In the heat of the fire incident Valen pulls up at the Mountainview Hotel, fire trucks lined the front of the Hotel. Police and flashing lights. It was a total fiasco.
No one knew why Everly was missing anywhere around the hotel. The entire building was on fire, flames spewing out the windows that burst from the extreme heat, People were running everywhere, and police and ambulances were also on the scene.

Everly have been waiting for three hours sitting in the council for her petition meeting, that her ass was going numb, and tight skirt digging into my hips. Her mood went sour when she saw Alpha Nixon walk out of the meeting chamber.
She was unhappy to know that the meeting was postponed without notice to her. They had to postpone on the basis that she had lost her hotel. No one told her it wasn’t going ahead. She got more furious to know Alpha Nixon was mocking her with his statement and expression.

After she got the remote from her kids she tuned the news and the anchor comes on. Everly is shocked to know her hotel is burnt and she is bent on burning the reputations of everyone involved. Alpha Nixon had attacked her hotel Everly thought to herself.
Everly got her evidence from the news anchor but Valen starts blowing up her phone. He had no idea who did the harm and what wanted the footage. Valen was only thinking Everly is interested in trying to blackmail with it, and not hand it to the media.

“Though Everly was running out of funds despite the fact she wanted to rebuild the hotel when Valen offered to help her with a loan she rejected it. Even she would go ahead to reject any money from her daughter because she assumes it is her responsibility to take good care of her. Everly major issue with taking a loan was because she didn’t want to owe anyone money and she didn’t want to mismanage her trust funds.
Everly thought of splitting the ownership of the hotel into three perhaps that could her still own a part of the hotel and give her money to rebuild it. She felt it will nice to hand over some parts of the hotel to the girls who help build the hotel for her mother.
Valen didn’t like the fact that Everly wants to sell a part of the hotel and still have control over it. He would prefer she either buy it off you, or she gives it to her sisters and let him cover the rest of the cost.
But she rejected his money. Everly knew that Macey and Zoe wouldn’t agree to that because they would think they owe Valen. Valen was only trying to help and not take control of the hotel but he felt Everly doesn’t want it because she think he wants control over the hotel.
Everly was never going to take any decision about letting Valen be part of the ownership of the hotel unless Macey and Zoe agree because the three of them built the hotel for their mother.
