Growing up, I used to play basketball and football and spend Sundays watching football. I just combine my love of romance novels with my passion for sports, and that was the icing on the cake, particularly when I read one of the finest ya sports books.
As a former athlete who competed in high school and college, I understand the commitment, hard work, and sacrifices necessary to play at a high level. But at the professional level, I can’t imagine the pressure as well as the incredible pride that comes with such accomplishment in athletics.

Not only do I get a view into their athletic world – the connection with teammates, the game day concentration, and the preparation but I also get a glance into how their love balance.
