Thirdperson pov: Taong 2070, taong mas lumawak pa ang teknolohiya sa bansang Pilipinas mula ng maimbento ng isang robotic cop 20-taon na ang lumipas. Si Dr. Anderson ang naging dahilan kung bakit kinilala ang Pilipinas na pinakamataas sa buong Jonito Situada, a scientist who's trying to discover new things medicine to cure any type illness of this world. "Hon, dinner is almost ready," Rea said. Rea Situada, wife of Jonito. She's a simple woman who loves her husband and their kids. "Ok hon," Jonito responded with a smile. They both went to the kitchen and saw their kids playing. "How's my babies?" Jonito asked. Ivan quickly went to his father and hugs him. "Everything is good Daddy, ate Jannelliza is also not experiencing some problems on her heart," Ivan said innocently. Ivan Situada, a 10 years old boy who considered himself as Papa's boy. Jonito tap his son's shoulder before looking at her daughter, he suddenly felt pain after looking at his daughter. "How's my baby girl?" Jonito asked. "I'm doing good Dad," Jannelliza said before coughing. Jannelliza Situada, a 14 years old girl who has a Pulmonary fibrosis and Brugada syndrome. Everyday seems helpless for both of her parents, Jonito felt like being stab multiple times while looking at her daughter's situation specially her conditions are both rare. "Yehey food!" Ivan shouted. While eating dinner, Jonito suddenly received a call. "I'll just answer this hon," Jonito said before kissing Rea's forehead. Jonito went to his office and rotate his watch which suddenly shows a holographic image. "Good evening Dr. Jonito," The man from the hologram greeted. "Magandang gabi rin po Dr. Ralph, ano po ang kailangan n'yo sa'kin?" tanong ni Jonito. Dr. Ralph Anderson, a man who was able to make the first robotic soldier that has been used now for 20 years. "I found a way to save your daughter's life," Dr. Ralph said. "What do you mean?" Jonito asked with a confused expression. "Binasa ko ang dati mong proposal." Taas ni Dr. Ralph sa isang brown envelope. Biglang napa-tigil si Jonito sa sinabi ni Dr. Ralph. "Experiment Xt-178." Basa ni Dr. Ralph. "I'm not sure if my wife will agree to this kind of experiment to our daughter," Jonito said. "Can you imagine how successful you'll be when your experiment succeeded? We'll be able to find cure on any disease, maybe we could also unlock the secret on immorality!" Dr. Ralph said with a joyful tone. Dr. Ralph is secretly finding a way to save her daughter's life who has been frozen for 17 years now, the only way to keep her daughter protected is to freeze her body. Her daughter was a victim of a car accident, because of that accident she lost her legs and went through a coma. "I'll talk to my wife about this Doc," Jonito said before ending the call. Ralph took a deep breath before walking towards her daughter's room. "How's my beautiful daughter?" Ralph asked while looking at her daughter's frozen body. "I miss you Phoebe," Ralph said while looking at her daughter. A knock suddenly caught his attention, he looked at the person who knocked on the door and saw his wife Laura. "What is it?" Ralph asked. "When will you be able to let go of our daughter Ralph?" Laura asked. "I'll never let her go unless I found a cure to save her life," Ralph replied with a cold tone. "Phoebe is tired!" Laura shouted because of frustration. Ralph went near her and slap her face. "If you're giving up on our daughter then I won't, she's our only child Laura!" Ralph shouted with anger on his voice. Laura felt like she already lost her husband after their daughter's death, she can't look at her daughter anymore. Ralph went back to his office and read the experiment that Dr. Jonito proposed before, he's now desperate to save his daughter's life and he's willing to do everything just to save her. Jonito pov: Matapos kong kausapin si Dr. Ralph ay huminga ako ng malalim, pagbaba ko sa kusina ay nakita ko ang asawa ko na hawak ang tablet nya at nasa picture ang muka ng dalawa naming anak. "Hon?" tawag ko dito. Pinunasan naman nito ang luha n'ya bago timingin sa'kin. "Are you alright?" I asked. "To be honest Jonito, I'm not. Hindi ko na alam gagawin ko dahil habang tumatanda si Jannelliza lalong lumalala ang sakit n'ya, I can't bare losing my daughter Jonito." Punas ni Rea sa luha n'ya. Lumapit naman ako sa kanya at niyakap ito, matapos itong kumalma ay hinawakan ko ang kamay nito. "May gusto akong sabihin Rea," seryoso kong saad. "Ano 'yun?" tanong ni Rea. "I've had a conversation with Dr. Ralph Anderson, he proposed something to me," sagot ko. "What is it?" Rea asked. I took a deep breath before answering her question. "Binasa nya ang proposal ko before, he agreed on it, but he wants me to do this experiment to our daughter," seryoso kong sagot. "There is no way that I'll let you do some experiments to our daughter Jonito!" Sigaw ni Rea. Huminga naman ako ng malalim bago sumagot. "It's for our daughter Rea," mahinahon kong sagot. "Nababaliw kana ba Jonito?" madiin na tanong ni Rea. Dahil dito ay hindi ko na naiwasan magtaas ng boses. "Gusto ko lang pahabain ang buhay ng anak natin Rea!" Sigaw ko. "Pero hindi ako papayag na anak mo ang gamitin mo para sa hindi makataong expirimento mo!" Sigaw din ni Rea. "Don't be selfish Rea!" I shouted because of anger. "I'm not being selfish Jonito, all I want is my daughter to have a normal life. Every single day I keep on praying that she doesn't have this kind of condition, everyday I keep on asking to pass her sickness to me because as a mother I can never bare seeing my child slowly dying, I can't." Lumuhod na sabi ni Rea habang umiiyak. Mabilis ko namang niyakap si Rea dahil ngayon alam ko na ang nararamdaman n'ya, but I know that deep inside of me that this si the only way to save our daughter. While trying to help Rea to calm down Ivan suddenly appeared in front of us crying, I can also see that he's shaking. "What happened?" I asked. "Ate suddenly collapsed after we both heard you screaming, please let's take her to the hospital." Hila nito sa kamay ko. Dahil sa sinabi nito ay mabilis akong umakyat sa ikawalang palapag ng bahay at binuhat si Jannelliza na walang malay, Rea opened the door of our car and the robot quickly drove the car to the nearest hospital. "Help!" I shouted. A robot nurse suddenly appeared and put her on the pram and bring Jannelliza to the OR. "Jusko ang anak ko!" Sigaw ni Rea dahil sa nangyari. "Please tell me that Ate will be ok," Ivan said while crying. Nilapitan ko naman si Ivan at niyakap ito. "Of course your Ate will be fine, you do remember that she is strong right?" I asked. "Yes Daddy, she promised me that she'll take care of me in the future," Ivan said with a smile. "Why don't you hug your Mom for a moment ok?" I asked. "Sure Daddy," sagot ni Ivan. Huminga naman ako ng malalim, as much as I hate to admit it but I know deep inside of me that the experiment I'm planning to do will be able to save my daughter's life.
